  1. 🤣🤣🤣 How is this real!?
  2. Instagram Was at 469 for a few days and bumped up to 470 today. That follow was Josh Allen.
  3. So, from what I can gather, the Harris campaign’s plan to try to win black men, is have Obama come in and condescendingly lecture them.
  4. They looked good against the Saints, but have not been good.. at all.. through their 5-0 start. They have an elite defense and win games like we just lost vs Houston. An Andy Reid led team likely wins that game. And, in fairness, probably a Mahomes-led team.. because he would understand the necessity to get to OT and not psychotically push the ball down the field.
  5. I'm not very confident in this team right now, but a win over the Jets and a trade for Cooper or Johnson etc., and we are very much back.
  6. Tua and his wife, now Raheem Mostert’s girl… we already know where the Poyer’s stand. My hate of the Dolphins is slowly fading.
  7. We know Beane has a history of trading for guys with term on their contract, and the poster references Adams being unwilling to re-work his contract.. if I'm reading that correctly, this would be separate from the Raiders eating his salary and might indicate us wanting him to rework his deal to be part of our team beyond this year?... of which he's unwilling to take (likely) a pay cut in future year(s)? If that's the case, I could see us sending them a 2, 5 and filler in exchange for them eating salary and us reworking a deal to get Adams for this year and next. For just a rental, that doesn't seem like Beane's MO.
  8. The major issue with Florida is that a place like Tampa, in the path of constant hurricane threat, has massively increased in population. Same as areas of Georgia and South Carolina. You’re free to be mad at “climate deniers”… Not sure what you want us to do when China, India etc pollute at a far heavier level than us. But feel free to handicap poor people and destroy the American middle class because you want us to experiment with a climate agenda that may or may not have a negligible effect on climate change.
  9. So.. this was a typical hurricane. Not the apocalyptic storm we were warned of all week. Due to going overkill in response to the poor response with Helene, we’re now going to have people reference Milton next time a potentially horrific hurricane sets its sights on Florida & use it as justification to ride it out. Sure they will.. as long as the state/insurance commissioner lets them raise rates. When they don’t, that’s when large insurers pull out of areas and/or hold moratoriums on new business. Helene was the largest storm, in terms of scope, that any insurance company has seen in recent memory. Milton is the type of hurricane that’s already factored in. Any insurance company knows a Cat 3 can hit a coastal state in the Southeast at some point during the the hurricane season and they price accordingly. The major insurance rate jump we’ve seen in recent years is far more due to inflationary pressure than it is storm damage.
  10. Not necessarily .. I more look at trends. But I do care what the campaigns internal polling is telling them, especially when evidenced by their corresponding actions. Internal polling leaks have Trump looking very strong right now. And in looking at the campaigns.. The Harris campaign has completely changed their strategy and Walz is now attacking the EC a month out. Trump is either really dumb or really confident, as he’s holding a Coachella rally and MSG in his final month.
  11. Then why does the RCP polling average have him winning the electoral college now? Why does anyone who has access to internal polling say that it’s even worse for Harris than publicly known? I don’t think she has no chance by any means, but I don’t think abortion has the same energy it did a few years ago and I think you only acknowledge a changing electorate for one side … You speak of some Cheney/Chamber of Commerce Republican types backing Harris, yet don’t acknowledge the white working class moving heavy to Trump.. and where would that matter the most?… PA, MI & WI. In Michigan she is having real issues with the normally reliable Muslim vote and third party candidates are eating away 2-3% of her possible vote share. Pennsylvania is heavy fracking and white working class. Polling has it basically tied, but folks who have seen the internals say Trump is close to locking it up. Same for those who have seen Sun Belt polling. And let’s just forget the polls and say they miss to the right… Let’s look at the campaigns. Why the drastic strategy shift for Harris/Walz? They went from being invisible to everywhere. Drastic strategy shakeups don’t typically bode well for a campaign a month out. Walz attacking the EC doesn’t sound promising. Harris campaign, in their over saturation for Milton, clearly feels damaged by Helene. (Swing state storm) People can point to the youth vote as being off when polling shows Trump doing well… but Gen Z is more conservative than Millennials and young men have started to go heavy right, somewhat offsetting the heavy left shift of young women and numbing the advantage Dems typically have with the youth vote .. then add in those who won’t vote due to this administrations Israel stance. Trump also doing better than any R with Latino’s and a not insignificant bump with black men.
  12. Gross thread.. get it off the main page (as I bump it to keep it on the main page)
  13. Honest Q, why does your head tell you this? Maybe your heart does, but the logical side of you cannot look at polling trends, ballot requests in swing states, internal polling leaks & how the two campaigns are acting down the stretch and think that post is anything more than wishing…
  14. And this is the game… MTG says something dumb. So now Dems pretend every criticism of the administration is on par with something MTG said. It’s intentional manipulation of low information people in an effort to absolve themselves of justifiable criticism. And those like you throat it right up.
  15. Comical, how overkill they’re being today after being caught flat footed with Helene.
  16. I think they said they did, but he’s still on the boat.
  17. Lol.. Campaign seems cooked.
  18. MTG is an idiot, and it’s even more frustrating because she allows Biden/Harris and this dumpster fire administration to lump justified criticism of their Helene handling in with weather manipulation claims as if they are both “misinformation”. They know what they’re doing and it’s aimed at people like you.
  19. If we had cap space, I have a feeling this trade would be done already. The fact we’re still listed means the Raiders must be ok with, at least as a consolation prize, eating some salary. Id imagine this boils down to us having the best offer, but them waiting to see if anyone who can take on salary can match (or come close) At least that’s my read on it…
  20. Rapp & Bishop should be the starters Bishop might be a liability as he learns, but at least he has a high ceiling. Unless we know Hyde is coming back at some point this year, Hamlin is doing nothing but delaying Bishop's development and cementing himself as a constant subpar starter out there.
  21. That Biden/Harris hurricane conference was Orwellian af… An entire appearance devoted to seeing who can invoke the term “misinformation” most often.
  22. Mark Halperin is reporting that he’s seen extremely robust private polling (internals) and that “not an insignificant number of Republicans have declared the race is over”. Says Trump looks extremely strong in the Sun Belt states and Pennsylvania, while currently looking to expand the map.
