In McDermott's defense the LE has to be able to play some 5 and 6tech. I could see them going Gary, if he's there. Polite would have to play LBer for the Bills. I really think the player people are sleeping on for the Bills is Baker. I'd bet they have a top five on defense similar to this. 1. Simmons 2. Gary 3. Oliver 4. White 5. Baker

Good almost never does a guard change teams and get better on the new team. I mean big time FA guards.

If all things hold true and McDermott is true to not backing down like in the fight with the Jags I don't see how McDermott will hold this against Simmons. It was a brawl, not a one on one beating that would have gotten him charged with domestic violence. Now you make a good point about the Owners and in that case I could see them blocking the pick. He's the perfect fit for their defense though.

Yes. It's nothing to stop him from being drafted in the top 10 IMO. He's never been in trouble before or since. Again his mother and his sister have been fighting with the family next door or a couple doors down for years. The kids all fight each other. She is a 30 year old woman not his girlfriend who he can't keep his hands off.

It was a 30 year old woman who has a dispute with his mother and older sisters. He was 18. I wouldn't hold this against him at all.

Wasn't it a fight in which the he was protecting his mother from the girl? It wasn't like beating his girlfriend right? His mother was being beat and he pulled the girl off and smacked her a couple times right? I'd draft him at 9. Also And I know this wont sound right but the Bills number one problem is they are and have been soft. They need a couple fighters on defense and at least one dirty player at Oline. IMO.

Jeffery Simmons is tailor made for the Bills defense. He's like central casting. I don't see how he's not in the Bills top six or seven players.

IDK if I like this pick. If he's 6'6 he'd be better at End for the Bills style of defense.

The offense he plays in is designed for the QB to do well. Look at Mahomes, Luck and Trubisky. Wentz is a good player. I think in this offense Foles is better.

Why would you do that to him? Are you a bad coach? Teams that force players to fit a system are badly coached.
