I want the Bills to draft a WR in the 1st. Hire a new coach, ideally an Offensive minded coach but if they decide to go Defensive HC then keep Brady as OC. Diggs, Kincaid, and a new #2 WR would do some damage. Bills need a new HC more than anything. McDermott's defense falling apart will never win the Superbowl.

Hell I'm not opposited to firing McDermott and putting Brady in charge rn. I just don't like McDermott. I think his defense fails all the time against good QBs (except Lamar)

You play a soft defense and on 3rd and 4 in OT you give the Eagles a cushion and easy First Down. YOU HAVE TO PLAY TO HAVE THEM KICK THE FG. Also taking a to before the EAgles kick the ball to tie it at 31. You keep that 2nd TO and then ask Allen to get you into FG in two plays with 20 seconds left (that's about 35 yards in 19 seconds).
