Buffalo needed a down in and down out player at Wr. Worthy is an accessory piece. The offense runs through Kelce, Pacheco and Rice. Worthy will have a few chances a game to make plays. Worthy wouldnt provide the role Buffalo was looking for. I think Coleman could be better than Rasheed Rice. He has a better athletic profile but will be used in a similar way. Plus Coleman adds an extra dimension in the redzone with his size and frame.

Im more excited for Sunday than I have been in the last 3 years. First time in a while we dont know what Buffalo is on offense and defense. Many are looking at that as a negative. Even though the consistency of the last few years was nice but there was an obvious ceiling. Now as much as the floor is being doubted no one knows what the ceiling is and that is refreshing. Offense seems to be built to dictate to the defense using the ground game while always having the threat of Allen challenging all areas of the field. The defense is much faster in the middle and has better depth at tackle. The safeties are not Hyde and Poyer though the past few season 1 or both have been in and out of the line up. Im optimistic. Buffalo has 17 and more often than not he will be the best player on the field and best player on either team. After watching the premier teams in the AFC last night I have no doubt in Buffalos ability to play with either team this season.

Cook had more scrimmage yards, higher yards per carry and higher yards per catch. I am not saying Cook is better but the difference in the players are not drastic. Yes, Wilson is a premier talent and after you have Williams. Always hurt. Tyron Smith at OT always hurt. They have question marks and injury concerns everywhere not name Hall, Wilson, Mosley, Reed and Sauce.

Without Huff their pass rush has taken a step back. Franklin Meyers was always around Allen and he is gone. Without Hassan Reddick the pass rush is a question mark. That takes away from the defense. How much does a 40 year old coming off a torn achilles impact the offense? I cant say he is worth is 4 wins. 2-3 sure but 9-8 and 10-7 imo would be considered a disappointment. Expecting 5-7 wins improvement is not rational. Maybe 30 year old Rodgers, but he doesnt have the same mobility/escape ability before the injury.

Hall is not significantly better than Cook. Add is Kincaid, Shakir, Coleman and Samuel Buffalo is deeper than NYJ offensively. Next best player for the Jets is Conklin? Knox has had a better career to this point. They wont be an easy out but they are a larger house of cards than Buffalo. They have 2 guys on offense. Their defense is very good. Id argue it is not as good as last season. There pas rush has taken a step back.

When Buffalo was 3 wide Coleman was on the field. When Buffalo was 2 wide Coleman was on the field. They are telling you he is the starter. With all the targets gone from Diggs, Davis, Harty and Sherfield Coleman is going to get a-lot of volume. Allen likes him. The team likes him. I think Coleman quickly becomes a star. That happens the questions at Wr evaporates.
