Comon you should know the rules. Bye week etiquette dictates your thread requires a ridiculous narrative or flame bait. Sample topics include... - Ford is a bust cuz we could have had Metcalf. - We should trade for a Dolphins RB and instantly make them the starter over Gore/Singletary. - Mention the Music City Miracle.
-
No wonder you're disappointed with Ford's development, you think he's already a second year player...
-
OP simply just doesn't like Gore or Singletary, and apparently thinks a scrub Dolphins castoff will come in and instantly be our starting "stud". Drake with his 3.6 ypc or Ballage with his 1.5 ypc are automatically better than what we have because they are All Pros in hiding just waiting for a better O-line.
-
Gore has been handling 18 touches per game just fine these last 4 weeks averaging something like 4.6 yards per rush. Singletary averaged 22 touches per game the last 2 years with 55 touchdowns. Why are you obsessed with giving away a pick to take some other random scrub who has proven nothing and give HIM 20 touches a game because HE will suddenly become our "stud" somehow? Like it or not, our stud is going to be the guy we just spent a 3rd round pick on. We have a competent O-line and play caller now, and can play to his strengths. There is literally no logical reason to sign a new guy and give him #1 starter carries just because your pessimistic ass doesn't like what we have. If BOTH Gore and Singletary go down, sure pick someone up because duh (although I never understand why people freak out over our 3rd RB not being an All Pro talent).

You know who is available on a rookie contract for MORE than a year or two, without having to give ANYTHING up to get? Singletary. He'll be back next game. 22 touches per game and 55 TDs in last 2 years of college, I think he can shoulder a load with Gore backing him up. Hamstring injury was a fluke. Also a lot of people seem to have a problem with Gore only getting 4.4 yards per carry, and speculating he's going to fall apart at any moment despite no injury history or any signs of slowing down.

Except when the ONLY RELEVANT THINGS are where the release point of the throw, and the catch point are. The ball can get caught in a twister and go zipping up and down and around the field, it doesn't matter. The ball can be blatantly thrown forward 20 yards into the air, but if a gust of wind blows it back to the line of where it is thrown, that's all that matters. Still photos are actually perfect for capturing those points as they eliminate the confusing "optical illusions" of the throw. It's literally the opposite of misleading. The video itself is what is misleading. But then again, true homers don't care for facts so any I present to you will face willful ignorance. *edit* I also object to "A still from anywhere along that axis will tell any story you want", because any story you could tell from ANY OTHER STILLS WOULD BE IRRELEVANT. Seriously, I don't know how many times you have to be told that you can't just ignore the rules of a lateral for it to sink in. You're doing exactly what you object to about the stills. You are choosing to tell your own flawed story based on the rest of the "stills" that only incorrectly appear to show the ball going forward based on flawed and easily fooled human perceptions. All that proves is professors can be ignorant of football rules as well. That's the argument from authority fallacy. "Your facts mean nothing because fancy man with a title disagrees with you". Also anyone with an agenda can twist numbers and data to come to any conclusion they want. That's university statistics 101.

I really hope the XFL succeeds this time. Pro football will be better for it.

"No purses, bags (small clear bag accepted), tobacco, lighters, or e-cigs allowed in!" That's odd, I always see tons of purses being let in.

Why am I still single then? Surely it can't be my abrasive attitude and unwillingness to go outside... -

"Game manager" as a positive thing, and not just being a mediocre QB playing not to lose. -

- Trap game. - Next week will surely be Allen's first 300 yard game. - Next year is our year. - (Player they heard of) is rumored to be available. Get it done OBD. - We don't need choir boys, we need winners. - If you take away his 8 best plays, he actually had a bad game. - RBs are a dime a dozen. - The Patriots have been awarded 13 compensatory picks for losing a third string corner and only signing 7 Pro Bowlers. - Roughing the Brady, defense. 15 yard penalty and loss of good standing with Goodell. - There is no flag for intentional grounding. -

Will we finally see the Bills FULL OFFENSE after the bye?

There's "wounded", and then there's "missing a leg, one eye, and most of their teeth" i.e. the Dolphins. -

Clearly you don't know the rules of the lateral. ALL THAT MATTERS is where the ball is when it leaves the thrower's hand and where the ball is when the receiver catches it. Thrower threw the ball sort of side armed leaning forward, putting him behind the ball, receiver reached far back, putting him ahead of the ball. Again, ALL THAT MATTERS is the location of the ball, not the physical location of the players. Ball actually came BACK slightly, legal lateral. People need to drop this BS of "real Bills fans call it an illegal forward pass" nonsense, and talking about how it was SO OBVIOUS. No, not it wasn't.
