  1. THANK YOU. Although I disagree that in most instances a flag would have been thrown. At least nowadays, they would talk about it and pick up a flag if one was thrown and let it go to review.
  2. Clearly you don't know the rules of the lateral. ALL THAT MATTERS is where the ball is when it leaves the thrower's hand and where the ball is when the receiver catches it. Thrower threw the ball sort of side armed leaning forward, putting him behind the ball, receiver reached far back, putting him ahead of the ball. Again, ALL THAT MATTERS is the location of the ball, not the physical location of the players. Ball actually came BACK slightly, legal lateral. People need to drop this BS of "real Bills fans call it an illegal forward pass" nonsense, and talking about how it was SO OBVIOUS. No, not it wasn't.
  3. A number of lists have at least four 3-2 teams ahead of us in their rankings. They just can't stomach putting the lowly Bills ahead of the "sexy" hyped up teams. They'll acknowledge the elite D but not adjust their ranking for it because all they care about is who can put up 30+ points a game.
  4. Reluctantly? Aw dang I thought we were friends...
  5. I would be ever so grateful if you can educate me on the supposed "carrying on with stats" I was doing so that I can better myself to your standards. I'm sure it can't be that I just called you out on a stupid and incorrect comment you made and you're just lashing out because you got caught looking dumb.
  6. I said nothing of them being great, I think they were overhyped. You specifically said they should have at least ONE mediocre season. They just had one mediocre season. Calm yo tatas.
  7. I'm generally in favor of black and white rules in sports, no slippery slopes. Leave wiggle room and the Belicheats of the world will teach their players to keep "accidentally" doing things if left up to subjectivity from the biased refs. You know, like he already does.
  8. You mean like going 7-8-1 last year? Is that mediocre enough?
  9. I was briefly excited yet confused we somehow lured Bray Wyatt from WWE. I really outta read the second page before responding to someone on the first.
  10. That's within a yard of what Josh Allen is averaging this year, it's not that impressive. An elite RB like McCaffrey is a mediocre QB's best friend. Allows him to "game manage" and keep his rating up rather than have to make big plays.
  11. Our D is going to make a lot of QBs look awful this year. *cough*Brady*cough*
  12. Yeah I was looking at the standings earlier figuring out who was going to be the unlucky 4th seed, the worst of the best if you will.
  13. Yeah I figured it'll be used to sweeten the pot for a trade later. Maybe for the deep WR class next year?
  14. That's what I called him over on their forum. That or Tarzan.
  15. "The Patriots and 49ers, who play on Monday Night Football in Week 5, are the lone undefeated teams remaining in the NFL." Got confused for a minute, thinking they were saying the two teams were playing each other. Punctuation is important.
  16. We have Duke Williams on the roster now. Brown/Beasley/Duke as a core isn't good enough?
  17. Gore had a fantastic game as the lead back against the best defense in the league, and is on pace with his career average of 4.4 yards per carry. But aside from that, yeah we'll have Singletary going forward even though I wouldn't be opposed to renting Gordon for the playoff run. Just not sure about the logistics of compensatory picks in that situation. Would basically be highway robbery if true, thus it won't happen.
  18. Here's... a gem... from the Jets forum from a guy who... has to stop every few words... to collect himself... "Its bad... but the Oline despite 10 sacks... had one of its best games of the year..." Sweet merciful baby jeebus, what would he accept as a mediocre or bad game from the O-line?
  19. Did you need to quote the entire massive OP just to post that?
  20. Aren't we only like 6 yards of offense per game behind the Pats? Difference being turnovers and penalties.
  21. At 265 he would still be 20 pounds lighter the smallest O-linemen in the league.
  22. I don't know what he dreamed about last night, but he woke up with the realization HE IS A GROWN ASS MAN and played like it. Way to seize your opportunity.
  23. Allen was 12 for 12 to Brown, Beasley, and Duke today. We will have Singletary back, and bye week rest for our banged up O-line. Heck, we might even see Kroft at some point. Relax.
  24. Those "winnable" games account for 6 of our 11 remaining games, with a combined opponent record of 1-28. As far as I'm concerned it looks like 10 wins plus what we can get against Cleveland, Philly, Dallas, Baltimore, and NE. We CAN beat NE, Philly and Cleveland are overhyped, and Dallas and Baltimore today aren't looking invincible.
