If you bring McDermott back next season - you're sending a signal that you do not care about having a top tier QB. It's over, man. I've never seen a coach lose so many winnable games. -
We cannot continue w/ McDermott. Maybe he's just had bad luck. But the balance of these games against "ones we pull out" is incomprehensible. He chokes. He loses.. It's what he does.

How many games like this do we have to lose. How many games where the defense FOLDS at the end. I don't care how well they play in the 1st quarter. We have to move on. We're likely missing the playoffs now. It makes no sense unless there is a change.
