Moore is fast also.

We need good health from some guys now - Palmer, Kincaid, the D-line. We'll see what Sanders & Jackson bring to the table on D, and if Gabe can regain some of his old form. But I'm not mourning our lack of move if it was just going to be for a marginal player, like a Deebo or Von. It doesn't seem like any of the top targets were really that available.

Really, most of the guys that ended up getting moved wouldn't have helped that much (at least the guys we could afford). Shaheed would have been nice, but is he really much of an upgrade? He's just another WR3, really. I think it's getting tougher finding trading partners with 7 teams in the playoffs now, and how mid the league is. Most teams are still holding out some hope.

We might still get Deebo, or someone on that level - but we have a bunch of guys at that level. I'd still like to see a move, but at this point we're just looking at a move for move's sake.

How has Von even been this year? Is he playing alright?

I just have a hunch that whatever trade we make is defense, given the injuries & cap situation. There just isn't a WR out there who we can afford that can really move the needle.

I'm in a minority - but I don't think he's the guy we needed, or that he would have moved the needle. We have speed on the roster already. We just don't really use it. He's yet another WR3 on a roster full of 'em.

I thought we were really healthy last season. This season is worse, but as others have said, most teams are hurting. We've only really lost one impact player for the whole season (Hoecht).

This can be the start of a nice run for us in the next month+. No one is "easy" (Miami rarely is, though the record w/ them is lopsided), but every team that we play until the Pats is a team we should beat. I think the silver lining of New England being real competition is that it will help prevent any let-ups. We're in a tight division race & every week matters.

We need to put our big investment into WR. That's WAY more of a need.

WR is still the biggest deadline need, despite what happened w/ Hoecht. It's hard to see us competing for a Super Bowl without one WR who can get open.

I mean, we've lost one key player for the season - Hoecht. Oliver will likely be back for the playoffs. We lost Happ, but he really wasn't playing well. VERY few teams get through the season without losing a key player. We're not remotely close to "too much to overcome" territory right now.

I think we've got a keeper. Not the INT - but it looked like he was all over whoever he was covering most of the game.

It seems like we'll get Oliver back for the playoffs. It's tough - but every team loses one if not more key players by the end of the season. At least most of our injured guys will be back this year. I hate losing Hoecht, but he's really the 1st loss for the rest of the season.

I'm going to visualized that it was just a calf strain, and he's back in 3-4 weeks. That's all I believe right now.

Hoecht is probably our first very significant season-ender (thought I'm holding out a sliver of hope). It sounds like Oliver could be back for the playoffs. If we can stay relatively healthy now, and get some guys back, we'll be in good shape. Every team loses a really key guy or 2 by the end. Bummed, though. He gave us a lot.

We're well-positioned for a good run now. This was the tough one. Not that other teams are pushovers - but I'll be disappointed if we don't take care of business until the Pats game. And then blow out those frauds.

Bishop is a long-term, elite safety now. He as all over the field tonight. His instincts are what you want.

Like everyone - I hated that timeout.

Josh is gonna save them again. But he shouldn't have to.

We need a receiver that can keep the defense honest there. Beane gotta make a move.

I like how the D is playing. They're not shutdown by any means, but they are stepping up. Cole Bishop's development is a joy to watch.

I'm irrationally proud of the D right now.

This game is giving me a lot of hope right now. But we NEED a receiver if we're really going to go for the title. We can see what Josh can do w/ Kincaid - we need a receiver like that too.
