  1. If its a bone bruise, those are extremely painful. I had one on my shin and I could barely walk.
  2. Yes, there is a reason why we went out to get Diggs.....he was a missing piece. But Diggs isn't a God...adding just him doesn't increase your passing yards per game by like 130. The biggest difference is Allen is connecting because he improved. Then why did they trade for Diggs if they thought 20 ppg is enough to win every game? They should have just went all defense. https://www.syracuse.com/buffalo-bills/2020/04/5-things-bills-sean-mcdermott-said-on-stefon-diggs-challenging-offseason-free-agents.html Would McDermott like to score more points? Of course. “I would love to sit and take a seat on the bench in the fourth quarter of one of these games and maybe eat an orange slice or something,” he said. “Drink a Gatorade and have my heart not going a million miles an hour.” All jokes aside, McDermott said the league dictates how games are played and it’s usually a touchdown or less that separates teams each week. McDermott added that the goal is to score more points this season after finishing 23rd in the NFL with just 19.6 points per game. “I am maybe a little bit different than some defensive head coaches out there,” he said. “I say that because I think a lot of defensive head coaches, and maybe head coaches overall, have a tendency to pad their side of the ball, personnel-wise. I don’t want to do that. I know you’ve got to score points in this league to win games. And I think to have a balanced football team, we need to score points and that’s been an emphasis and a theme that we’ve talked about since the end of the season last year. I’m encouraged by what we’ve added personnel-wise to help us in that category, as well as the work that our offensive staff has done this offseason.”
  3. I honestly think you watch a different game. The #1 thing Allen was working on this offseason was the deep ball. It was a problem in 2019 and he knew it. But you'll continue the blame the receivers and coaching. The biggest difference this year is he's connecting and that's why his passing numbers are up. You just can't fathom that for whatever reason. https://www.newyorkupstate.com/buffalo-bills/2019/10/buffalo-bills-qb-josh-allen-hitting-the-deep-ball-is-added-focus-ahead-of-washington-game.html When Allen is going downfield this season he’s struggling to connect with his receivers. Last week against the Philadelphia Eagles he attempted just one pass beyond 30 yards and it was incomplete to receiver Robert Foster. That miss brought his season total on passes that travel more than 30 yards to 3 of 35 (8.5 percent) on the year. https://buffalonews.com/sports/bills/josh-allen-gets-creative-in-offseason-work-focusing-on-deep-ball/article_ecc61d5b-f614-5cbd-87cc-bb1520a21923.html This is what I think 72 thinks. McDermott to Daboll in 2019: Hey, what are we the least successful at? Daboll: The deep ball. McDermott: Well lets keep doing it because I like to punt and try to win games 17-14. I know I say we need to score more points but I honestly don't mean it.
  4. Prior to the Eagles game last year, Allen was 3 of 35 throwing the ball more than 30 yards. What's the difference this year? Allen is connecting and that's why he's having these gaudy stats. Can you really not comprehend that if he was connecting on more big chunk plays last year he would have many more passing yards? Is it really that hard? We were throwing downfield last year too....Allen is just connecting this year.

He was late to his Wednesday press conference because he was busy working on rectifying the issue. “I haven’t been doing a good enough job with allowing our players to go make some plays and that’s going to be an added focus this week,” Allen said. “I just was a little late because I was working on that. It’s every day, we just have to keep finding things to get better at and myself included.” https://www.newyorkupstate.com/buffalo-bills/2019/10/buffalo-bills-qb-josh-allen-hitting-the-deep-ball-is-added-focus-ahead-of-washington-game.html
  6. Yep....no credit to Allen improving. Just none. Big Ben is a good example.
  7. LOL...okay. McDermott coached him not to throw with anticipation and overthrow his receivers in previous years. Jordan Palmer said Allen knew what he needed to work on and busted his butt this offseason to improve it. You’re not giving Allen any credit at all for that and only blaming McDermott. Get real man.
  8. So in your world, you can’t have a 300 yard passer unless your defense gets gashed?
  9. That would have been pretty incredible if Norman hurt his hamstring in a Zoom meeting.
  10. When you haven't had a franchise QB since the 90's....us poor Bills fans towards Josh Allen be like:
  11. Why don't you make it a fair fight and give the turkey a gun too?
  12. Deer roam my place all the time. They don’t even scatter fast when they see humans because they are so used to them.
  13. I grew up in Minnesota and never saw a turkey. I live in Atlanta now and haven’t seen a turkey. The only turkey’s in the wild that I’ve ever seen were in Buffalo.
  14. When you can’t move through the air consistently and can’t use the whole playbook....its very hard to come back. You usually need to score quickly and move the ball in big chunks. Thats hard to do with a running QB.
  15. I’m very surprised by this. With such a shortened offseason, I thought the offenses for the most part would struggle at the beginning and defenses would be ahead. Do you know the 6 other QB’s? I’m wondering if its all the ones who have been with the same systems for a few years.
  16. I think we might have had 5 or so bad weather games in the last 10 years.
  17. Have we shown that we might be the only offense in the AFC that can keep up with the Chiefs?
