  1. Multiple people arguing with you…wonder why that is? You’re the smartest and toughest guy on these boards.
  2. Let me know when you see players dropping on the field in Denver. I’ve trained in Denver and in very hot heat in Florida. The heat was significantly worse. Its not a fact its worse in Denver is worse lol. Stop talking like you’re smart. Get heat exhaustion once and then get back to me.
  3. No. You can physically play through cold weather, you can physically play through thin air, you can physically play through loud stadiums. Once you are at the point of heat exhaustion, your body is done. When the elements are that bad, it's the supreme advantage. In Denver, they allow oxygen tanks. You can use hand signals in loud stadiums. You have heaters and huge jackets when it's cold. The Bills offense played a lot in the heat and sun. They went to the sideline, heat and sun they were still exposed to almost all game.
  4. The NFL is very weird this year. Hope he's fine and can play...he's one of the best.
  5. What would your solution be? It seems like we don't get push up the middle and get stuffed. Maybe a jumbo package and give Cook an option to go wide?...Moss runs into the back of our guards a lot.
  6. I didn't say it was the only reason, I said it had a major effect on us. We all saw it.
  7. I didn't see players dropping on the field last year. We did this year....multiple. We had players who couldn't finish the game because of heat exhaustion. If we won yesterday, I would have the same complaints. If I saw players dropping last year even in a blow out, I would have the same complaints.
  8. So what? Well, being on the field longer and exerting themselves in the hot sun absolutely had an effect on them. But you said "no excuses" the weather was exactly the same and don't blame the sun. I'm not saying we didn't flawlessly execute on the field but to say "no excuse" after seeing players dropping due to heat exhaustion is farfetched.
  9. LOL...you're not going to answer the question. Deflection at its finest. So if the temps are identical and our offense was on the field much longer this year...wouldn't that mean the sun did have an effect? They were out there longer, exerting more energy. It is a scientific fact that working out longer in the heat has more of an effect? I'm sure it is. 28 minutes to 42 minutes is big difference. You are contradicting yourself. You are saying "no excuses" but then admit the weather effects Bills players differently because they aren't used to it. We literally saw players dropping.
  10. Dolphins players are not acclimated to the cold weather. Why don't all of them wear long sleeves in cold weather games? Show me where players ever had to leave due to coldness.
  11. Of course he benefits the Dolphins if it hinders the Bills. If your opponent is weakened, it's a significant advantage.
  12. Again, I never said the almanac is lying. The heat significantly effected us this year more than before, we all saw that. Greg Rousseau has played a lot of games and a lot of training camps in Miami, when he said yesterday was one of the hottest, I'm just automatically not going to believe him because he doesn't live in Miami full time anymore? How many training camps, practice or a games have you played in? He's had hundreds...he remember what temps he's played in. I can tell you the coldest day I've sat in the seats before and I've lived in the south for 20 years. Also, the field temps are effected differently. We have to monitor the temps closely at practice because if it's too hot, you can't practice outside. We've had air temps at like 94, field temps at like 105 and but also air temp 90 degrees but field temp at 110.
  13. Why aren't you answering the question? Why were players getting heat exhaustion this year but not in years past? Isiah McKenzie I know lives in Miami because he owns a taco restaurant. He lives there in the offseason. Show me evidence where a Dolphins player where Buffalo was too cold for them where they couldn't physically play and took themselves out of the game like Diggs, Know, McKenzie, Van Rotten and others. But you keep saying it's not an excuse for the Bills! Holy contradiction!!!
  14. Design a cone in the tunnels and have the wind blow directly on the Dolphins sideline.
  15. I didn't say the weather almanac was lying. I'm telling you what Greg Rousseau and Steve Tasker said. I guess they are lying or don't know what they're talking about? We saw McKenzie, Diggs and Know laying on the field getting stretched out for cramps and exhaustion. Diggs looked dead at one point just lying there. Chris Brown said at the game the WR were running at 3/4 speed mid way through the 3rd because they were gassed. We had James Cook at Quentin Morris lining up at WR on the final drive because the WR were exhausted. Rousseau I'm pretty sure goes to South Florida in the summers when football is out. Isiah McKenzie owns a taco restaurant in Miami and he's down there as well. Do you think they just live 24/7 in Buffalo? Again, last year we didn't see any players with severe issues with the heat. This year, we saw on live TV players dropping...even Dolphins players had guys cramping and they get to sit in the shade. What in your professional opinion is the reason why? All Bills players need to sleep like house cats today and tomorrow.
  16. Oh we got a tough guy here! So Greg Rousseau, a Miami native who has played in that weather his whole life is wrong. Steve Tasker was on the radio and has been to Miami several times for games said he's never felt it hotter down there. How many players last year cramped/exhausted last year and couldn't finish the game? The reason why we are talking about weather this year is because we saw on live TV players dropping like flies due to the heat. If they were dropping last year at the same rate, we would have talked about the weather. We didn't see that last year so there was a difference...champ.
  17. I actually was shocked we couldn't get in. I think the reason why we didn't have Allen sneak it because of the new center. Eric Wood said as a center, the hardest snap is the goaline or 3rd and inches. Immediately once you snap it, as a center, you have two guys hitting you on both sides. There wasn't enough chemistry between Allen and Mancz at that point.
  18. Greg Rousseau is from Miami.... "It was up there like top two top three hottest I'd say," said Rousseau who played his college ball in the same stadium for the University of Miami. "We had a real hot game against Georgia Tech, but even in college football, you don't always kick off at 1 pm. You get like four o'clock kick off. Sometimes it's a night game. Being out there at 1pm is different." So in your mind, all hot days are equally hot. Got it. Show me one time where a player was physically unable to play because they were in 30 degree weather. On the last drive we had James Cook and Quentin Morris running WR routes because everyone else was completely gassed. I can't believe you think 30 degree weather is equally as bad at 100+ heat index sitting in the sun for hours. Show me the pop up tents where the players could sit under. You said they were there...where are they? Sooooo cold for them that they are all wearing short sleeves!
  19. Well, they would get a break from the sun. Do you not know the difference between the shade and direct sunlight? We had players that couldn't even walk off the field but nah...didn't effect them much lol. How many defensive players went out from heat exhaustion?
  20. It is also a proven scientific fact that sitting in the sun all day can lead to heat exhaustion. It's also a scientific fact that the shade is cooler than direct sun. How many times have you seen a visiting player in 30 degree weather in Buffalo come out of the game because of the cold? The Bills weren't able to play because of cramps and heat exhaustion. They physically couldn't play. It is a proven fact that sitting in the sun is hotter than sitting in the shade. 30 degree weather is nothing to a football player. If it was that cold for them, they wouldn't wear short sleeves lol.
  21. Point out to me the pop up tents?
  22. Will the cold prevent them from playing in the game? Like, will Dolphins players have to go to the lockeroom to get an IV or collapsing on the field because of cramps....in the cold? The Bills had many players that were physically unable to play. The Dolphins sideline didn't have to deal with the sun, they sat comfortably in the shade which is 15 degrees cooler.
  23. You started this thread because it was a negative spin on McDermott. If it wasn't, you wouldn't have started it.
