  1. Why does it matter if the game was over by half time when the starters played the entire game? How many players couldn't physically finish the 4 quarter game due to the cold conditions? We saw on TV, players bodies physically weren't able to play and were exhausted. We had James Cook and Quentin Morris playing WR because we had nothing else on that last drive. Both teams didn't play in the same conditions. When the Dolphins came off the field, they got to sit in shade. Our players didn't. Tua himself pregame talked about that advantage. Yes we blew a chance. We had opportunities to win it. However when you're losing players because of the heat, it's a significant disadvantage. I'm not blaming only the weather but it played a major part in it.
  2. You're nitpicking one stat...yards per play. Why is that a strong argument? The Ravens averaged almost a full yard more per play than the Dolphins and still lost. Of course they punted. They stalled them on 4 drives and we weren't getting stalled. We ran 90 offensive plays. - First punt was at their own 35. - 2nd punt was 4th and 10. - The 1 yard line - 4th and 11
  3. You can't practice/play in the state of Georgia outside if its above 92 degrees or something like that. Several deaths due to heat related issues.
  4. I'm going to trust an actual weather website over NFLWeather.com. It was in the 70's and mostly cloudy by half time. The Dolphins had shade on the sidelines, we didn't. It was designed that way. Quit avoiding the question. How many players in the WC game were unable to finish the game because of the cold? How many players were thoroughly exhausted by the cold? If the cold is that bad to them, why are players not wearing long sleeve thermals? That's the difference. We had players who physically couldn't play in the game Sunday because the sun beat them down all game. I've played in both extreme heat and extreme cold. Cold sucks but heat shuts you down. I've had heat exhaustion and your body won't allow you to move anymore once you get there.
  5. Allen double clutched with his foot on that 4th down pass to McKenzie. I wonder if his legs just gave or something.
  6. How many players dropped on the field because of the cold last year in the Wild Card game? How many players injured in the Wild Card game? The majority of the players were not even wearing long sleeves. We had players unable to play due to heat exhaustion. Also no, the conditions were significantly different. It was in the high 70's by half time and it was a cloudy day with much more shade.
  7. When it was -6 last year in the Wild Card game, how many players were dropping like flies and unable to play?
  8. For sure. The guy has been an animal so far this year. He's playing more downhill this year and faster it seems. Greg Rousseau has been a terror too.
  9. No I didn't. We have a great offense. We aren't perfect, like no offense is. The #1 stat is points per game in which we are at the top. We are also at the top of several offensive categories but you're going to find one that we struggle with and tell us over and over and over again. You get more aggressive with your negativity after a loss but pretty silent after a win. I wonder why that is.
  10. Complainers when the Bills win. Complainers after a Bills loss.
  11. I can't wait for Cincy to beat the Dolphins. I have a feeling Burrow just absolutely torches them. Bring the Dolphins back to earth.
  12. Chris Brown on the sideline heard the players say it was tipped.
  13. Dang...I posted in another thread the weather may not be too bad. But that was Monday lol....I'm off. Well, hopefully Lamar is worse in the rain.
  14. They might have just discussed if the ball was touched. It obviously was because the ball had zero rotation because of the blockers fingers.
  15. For sure. I've never seen a game where players are dropping like flies. Diggs laying on the sideline looked like he was dead and I know the feeling. I got heat exhaustion cramps about 4 years ago. My right leg completely locked up for about 15 minutes in my hamstring and calf. I didn't even want anyone to carry me off the mat, I just wanted to lay there because any movement from my leg was extremely painful. There is nothing you can do when your body gets to that point. We blew some opportunities for sure and should have won the game. But the sun just made it significantly worse.
  16. How was he the last few years? Still able to play at a respectable level?
  17. I'm going to follow this weather closely for the week lol. This is what weather.com is saying now. At least it's not showing as of now heavy showers or storms.
  18. Thanks for the links. Another poster was calling several ignorant because he said the temp/elements were identical last year.
  19. Weather Underground can do a history....a detailed history. https://www.wunderground.com/history/daily/us/fl/miami/KMIA/date/2022-9-25 https://www.wunderground.com/history/daily/us/fl/miami/KMIA/date/2021-9-19 Last year at kickoff it was about 90 degrees and dropped throughout the game. By 2:53 pm, it was 77 degrees! If you don't know how to read a line graph, I can help. Now also, the game last year was mostly cloudy. Clouds make shade. Yesterday, it was partly cloudy but we all saw on TV, the sun hit the Bills sideline the entire game. All you did was look at the kickoff temps and that was your "proof" lol. So his whole "it was the same exact as last year" crap....you were totally wrong. Totally wrong. And calling everyone else ignorant lol. @LOVEMESOMEBILLS @Logic Last year: 12:53 PM88 °F76 °F67 %E9 mph0 mph30.01 in0.0 inMostly Cloudy 1:40 PM81 °F75 °F82 %VAR3 mph0 mph30.00 in0.1 inHeavy T-Storm 1:53 PM81 °F76 °F85 %W7 mph0 mph30.00 in0.2 inT-Storm 2:53 PM77 °F75 °F94 %CALM0 mph0 mph29.98 in0.4 inT-Storm 3:13 PM78 °F75 °F90 %CALM0 mph0 mph29.97 in0.0 inMostly Cloudy This year: Time Temperature Dew Point Humidity Wind Wind Speed Wind Gust Pressure Precip. 20. Yeah man. We haven’t been able to score the last few years. Its been a real problem.
  21. Kumerow really hurt us out there when he had to fill in. Did he do anything? How good are Rams WR beyond the 5 string? The Chiefs? Probably starter quality right? Kumerow is our 5th option…. We don’t struggle to get separation. Allen isn’t fitting tight balls on every throw. We have open WR a lot. McKenzie was pretty open in the endzone on 4th down…. Yeah we can’t run the ball, I can still see that. You are a believer that you shouldn’t earn positions in camp if you perform. Hart had a good camp and earned a back up spot. He’s not a starter, he’s a back up. Lets see if it translates in a game IF he plays. Bates is a right guard and I believe Hart was playing LG in camp.
  22. Can you send a link for the weather record for last year compared to this year? Just outbid curiosity.
