  1. On a lighter level, that's the NFL draft every year on TBD. "I read these scouting reports so I think he will be good and if anyone disagrees, they're wrong. If the coaches don't draft them, they don't know what they're doing and should be fired." I fell into that with Josh Allen. I read more negatives about him, specifically accuracy and I was bummed when we drafted him. I wanted Rosen because those scouting reports had more positives, he was more pro-ready. That's all it took for me to get on the Rosen train.
  2. I mean, tell me if I'm misconstruing this but it almost sounds like you are against fighting against terrorism. They specifically are saying they want to dismantle terrorist networks and you're saying that's wrong? Please explain this so I can understand.
  3. The thing is Democratic supporters in entertainment are affecting the young voters. I love Jimmy Kimmel and Stephen Colbert as far as their comedy. I used to watch it all the time but I stopped watching it because they just couldn't stop ripping on Republicans, specifically Trump. I want to watch comedy for comedy, not to hear more political jargon. I want to get away from it and have my mind on something else. But it wouldn't stop. Jay Leno then had some comments after Colbert was cancelled and he basically said they went too far with their political commentary. You divide an audience and that's what they did. I refuse to believe the Dems are that dumb, as you said, it was nonsense some the policies they were standing on. It wasn't they they feel this was a better policy, common sense says its not, but their play was "everything the Red stands for, do the complete opposite." That's been their platform even though there are a lot of principles that both parties align on....like illegal immigration. But now they're not aligned just because the Dems want to be anti-Republican.
  4. I think Kirk was bigger than you think. I certainly think you're right where in another month or two this story will certainly die down...I mean it happened with 9/11. Football games were being played again 2 weeks later and people started getting football nuts again. However, when it comes polling time, you will see the energy coming back up. It may not be a revolutionary shift like a "war" or with fighting. But I absolutely believe it will lead to a political shift. The undecided and the apolitical or swing voters....this pushes them to the Right. It happened to me. Mine was before this Kirk Assassination....it has made me want to be more outspoken. I honestly could see this happening - I saw a Analyst on one of the platforms, not sure where it was from, it could have been 100% a Right Wing platform....but I think he was saying he could see Republicans taking control for the next 50-70 years. The Dems pushed too hard on the Woke Ideology and this new generation of voters is seeing or feeling it. I'm not going to say this Analyst is correct right now but I won't dismiss it. Especially when a DNC Chairman said they've hit rock bottom.
  5. Yes it is. But this is why I think the "Fascist Rhetoric" has legs IMO. Hypothetically speaking, Bin Laden was hiding in the US and American's spot him. They're going to kill him and it would be justified. The deranged mentally ill person, in this case, views Charlie Kirk as dangerous as Bin Laden.
  6. The thing is, crazy just doesn't mean political crazy. I mean there's people killing people in sporting events. Remember the Giants and Eagles fan killing in the cheesesteak line? I think Philly's are better without American cheese....please don't kill me.
  7. BullBuchanan: "There is zero and I mean zero evidence that anything related to LGBTQ in this killing. They were just roommates. I don't care about your feelings."
  8. 100% agree. I have seen this type of posters if I go to Atlanta and I usually just roll my eyes. But it just takes one - or lets say it's just the 1% at the most. That's still several thousand people.
  9. I don't think it's an unpopular opinion, I think most agree with you. It's just certain group of fans, fall in love with a player and that player can do no wrong. If that player doesn't succeed, its not his fault so coaching becomes the scapegoat....you always need a scapegoat. It's masculine pride. It's "I know what I'm looking at better than you know what you're looking at." It's the reason regular Joes think they can beat up a professional fighter. It's ego.
  10. You literally just said flags should only be lowered for military and elected officials. Floyd was neither one of them. So why were flags lowered for him?
  11. He's like 6'5 and 260 lbs.... A prototypical linebacker size is like 6'2 and 235
  12. Come on. Bernard runs about a 4.6 - 40. Edmunds is protoypical size and speed?? Do you know what the definition of prototypical is?
  13. So it doesn't sound too serious then.
  14. Yep. Johnson isn't going to want to have his career tied to Caleb.
  15. But the perception is different because the Chiefs two years in a row had a very average offense. Now year 3, it's continuing. Then they just came off of the most embarrassing Super Bowl performance of all time.
  16. The limelight is going to be on him. He was the hottest Coordinator out there and he has the #1 overall QB plus other good talent. The offense actually looks worse this year with Caleb in his 2nd year. Very early yes but he was the "walk on water" Coordinator. Certainly not a finished product but it couldn't have started any worse IMO. Caleb looks lost.
  17. IMO, he's a guy that plays fast all the time and he will make a great play but then will be responsible for giving up a great play. He's too up and down to be a consistent starter.
  18. Caleb looks bad. When you have a QB that looks like he's regressed by year two and his accuracy is very bad right now....they are trending as a bottom 5 team right now. Those rumors of him not really putting in the time, when he's looked like this so far, start to gain ground.
  19. Ben Johnson after Caleb Williams takes the Bears to 0-17
  20. Extend him now. Save on the cap.
  21. Well...now we know what our 1st pick in the draft next year will be. OLB at #32.
  22. This is honestly nuts. 3 years in a row.
