Sanders was largely a product of Manning....his best days are behind him....doubt you would get more than 400 yards from him in Buffalo. Thomas is a true difference maker and I doubt they would be willing to move him given the two.

tell them or convince them? Two very different things. If you were not a Bills fan would you be convinced they are going in the right direction? My feeling is that they for the first time in a very long time have a coach and GM with real vision and a real plan. That plan depends a lot on how well Josh Allen (or possibly McCarron) performs in the NFL. They could easily be mediocre for the foreseeable future if they don't get good QB play.

The Browns have won 1 game in two years, they are perhaps the worst team ever right now and they need/want to change that percetpion. The roster is not that bad and with Tyrod they could easily win a handful of games, pretty sure the Browns want to get some wins, show improvement and will then switch over to Mayfield later in the year.

All teams miss on high picks. Every single gm ever. Realizing your mistake and moving on is part of what separates men from boys. Most gm’s stick with their high picks who are underperforming because they are aftraid of the media blowback and assumptions people will make. Kinda like your assumption.

dont know anything about this guy but the Pats waiving their 3rd round pick is part of why they are successful. Once a guy is on their team, they are all judged equally, perform and work or get cut. Most other teams will not waive last years 3rd round pick.
