  1. who gets cut, Breida, Moss or Singletary?

  3. If the Falcons were to agree to that the Bills should do it, then trade back for more draft capital which would be more representative of the value of the #4 pick. The package presented would be an out and out theft! Unfortunately, no way the Falcons would go for it.
  4. When Fitz beat the Pats jumps out to me.....
  5. I think the point is where does the money come from?
  6. Josh Allen making minor improvements will be way more impactful.
  7. I'll call you back to let you know.
  8. Team friendly does not necessarily mean less money, it could mean structuring it in ways that make it possible to create cap space in future years. I think that will happen. Will less money happen, I tend to doubt it. The players have people around them to advise them against such things. Most people will maximize their value.
  9. I wonder what Beane was thinking....
  10. Hopefully he can play special teams............
  11. Most of us love the passing game we saw last year and don't want to take away from that. I think what is important is that they can be a run first team if they have to be, we already know they can be a pass first team. The NFL is as much about strategy, move-countermove as it is about having talent. So when a team is able to take away the pass (which will not be that often but could be in a critical playoff game) they need to be able to run it down their throats. You need to have the ability to have that identity at times. I think the running game was ok at times and weak-ish at times last year. It was not a dumpster fire....maybe Breida and his speed can bring something to it.
  12. Paid for with your confusing insurance bills “with coding errors”. Whoops
  13. ideally you hit your firsts and get impact guys for 4-5 years on cheap deals. Draft well! Move up or down, sure but trading the pick for a player is not a long term successful plan. Not that you never do it but you need to be careful
  14. I don't think so, if you get one you will probably be successful even without some future draft capital, if you miss you will fail and maybe you will fail more without some picks but fail is fail. I think what is happening is teams are fully realizing that sustained success is determined by having a great QB so they are willing to do whatever it takes to get that.
  15. Did you wake up from a nap in 2019 and miss the 2020 season? Your philosophy makes me think you are really into Madden.
  16. The option to opt out was agreed to between the teams and the players association. They don’t need a particular good reason, it could be personal. It was their option, now it’s in the past.
  17. I don’t thinks it’s a big factor to Beane or McDermott. A pandemic happens once in a lifetime. When opt outs happened there were a lot of unknowns.
  18. Maybe he is, but I know him and Nance are who I prefer to listen to. Harlan and Romo would be cool to listen to.
  19. Wait, is Star leaving? His contract is prohibitive to moving on this year.........
  20. No, hes a special teamer..........
  21. HMMM does this make Singletary or Moss expendable? They did keep three guys on the roster but whats his face was inactive almost every game...
