I said in my post some new HC's took teams to playoffs first year. Falcons Smith did but not with Bills turnover. Falcons had about 33 player changes in 2008. Also had new GM that year. Try again. Does not matter what or if you believe me. It is fact. Playoffs and success in this first year is very low probability.

However Karma came back and bit his ass hard when he went 35 for 35 in reg season in 1998 to then miss chip shot that would have put Him and Vikings into Super Bowl as favorites to then win Super Bowl.
