  1. Exactly how I felt when I saw it... rare to get a Bills game down here in TB area.
  2. One of two... https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Peter_Sinfield
  3. John Phillips did that angle the best imo.
  4. From 30-62 it probably was then, we've come a long way. No mention of heroin or anything like that though lol.
  5. So outdated and wrong it's funny stuff:
  6. Hunter and Sinfield were the greatest writers associated with a band that they didn't actually play in imo. RIP man... the memories will live on forever.
  7. Some are not getting what he meant. Anything that happened After the play was in the future. If you alter the history, which that play became immediately when it was over, you are altering the future. The game would not have turned out the way it did.
  8. I get what you are saying and I agree. One second in time can change the outcome of most anything, not just football. Basically, the deck would have been reshuffled.
  9. Good call, I haven't even Thought of that album in Years.
  10. What the ***** is "bills mafia"?
  11. Ian Anderson still farms from what I know... how bored can one possibly get with that much money? Also, ***** the Eagles.
  12. RIP for sure whenever that day comes... but, is he all that great outside of NJ/NYers? The only thing I can think of that remotely sounds decent is born to run. He is like a Billy Joel kind of guy to me.
  13. So its just a bunch of old ***** posting in this one?
  14. My avatar says Yes... let's go on with it!
  15. Steve could pull this off without Mason, and do it well I would think. Traffic Revisited tour or something like that. Leave the solo pop ***** at the house and give it one Great Last Go... there will never ever be anything like Traffic and a lot of bands ever again.
  16. This is the funniest thing I've read in This forum in awhile... kudos to the OP!
  17. https://www.baynews9.com/fl/tampa/news/2019/09/22/holy-birthdays-batman-turns-80
  18. Rubber Soul photo shoot:
  19. What kind of idiot names their kids Moon Unit, Dweezil, and Ahmet? I'd eat the Moon Unit before a taco if I had the chance.
  20. In Dallas, after a great play is made, there is like a 2- 3 second difference to the cheering for the most part. That is the delay between the actual play and what happened on the jumbotron. A lot of fans just watch the game on that lol.
  21. Could be, I just don't know. I don't have time to research all of this *****. I'll check it out though for sure if its on youtube.
  22. No idea on Wonder, interesting. Never bought any of his material and just heard what was on the radio whenever. Funny you mention the no no song. Back in HIGH school in the 70's I was sort of dating some chick named Rhonda. Her mom knew I smoked pot, didn't know about the other stuff we all did though, and bought me a cassette of Ringo's "greatest hits", might have been called Photograph. This mom was a Hawk. There was no really being alone with the virgin daughter, every time I went over to see her doors were wide open, back deck was always suggested, etc. Yes I wanted in but it got to a point where I thought I'd be killed or maimed if I even attempted it. Turns out she bought the cassette for me for the no no song... I guess she thought she was going to "cure" me with it. I eventually got to take the girl on a solo date, took her to Watkins Glen, and didn't even try. Figured I'd drop her off later on and go hit my side girl Brenda up for the puss. I soon lost interest in her because of the sterile strict environment. So, in this case, that song actually worked but for a different reason lol.
  23. The brief fast light cymbals and the the guitar/drums at the beginning of "It don't come easy" got me back then, WKBW days, and gets me every time nowadays... kind of like the beginning of Badge. The McCartney album had mixed reviews that have changed from then to now but I've got to hand it to the guy... It wasn't the best of times for him, a lot of stress, then but to play every instrument on an entire album on a major label is impressive. Only two other guys I can think of who could pull something like that off would be Todd Rundgren or Jeff Lynne.
