  1. I don’t care what it is about. Kneeling during the anthem while the flag is being honored is disrespectful as hell in my eyes. Like I said, they have the right to kneel. And I, and others, have the right to find it disrespectful. If you don’t see it the way I do, so be it. Don’t really care, either. BTW, the flag does represent all of us and that includes the military. You don’t think the military and flag are intertwined all I can do is laugh. If a soldier knelt during the anthem and didn’t stand at attention and salute they would be court martialed.....no questions asked.
  2. People have the right to do whatever they please as far as kneeling goes. But, for those that say the flag and military have no connection? Explain this..... Kneeling while the flag is being honored will always be one of the most disrespectful things a person can do in my eyes....but they do have the right to do that and I wouldn’t trample on those rights.
  3. Does not represent the military? Um, yes it freaking does. Ever been to a military funeral? Ever see the flag folding ceremony and that flag being handed to the family? You know, the same flag that was folded neatly inside of the casket by the soldiers head and then draped over their casket?
  4. While you are right about some, not all will be there. I know people that left back when there were a handful of kneeler and never came back.
  5. No, what you are is intolerant to how other people feel. Values are not governed. Not by you. Not by me. I served as well.
  6. You are 100% correct. You know what else is 100% correct? People are allowed to feel that kneeling during the Anthem is disgusting and a slap in the face to people that have served, and served and died while serving. It goes both ways.
  7. Honestly, that's fine with me. But, as someone that goes to NYC on occasion for entertainment, I will no longer do that. I am sure there will be thousands of others who will also no longer go. That billion dollars "saved" will equal billionS lost for NYC when it is all said and done. The unfortunate part is that those of us in upstate and WNY will somehow end up paying for those losses.
  8. I think Snowflake about covers it. Now get the ***** out.
  9. Pretty soon possessing copies of All the Family is going to be considered more offensive than having Child pornography.
  10. Screw salmon. It's bar-b-que chicken season!
  11. Yes for the wall. He was a damned good player for a long time here. one of the better guards in the NFL for a while. No for the Hall.
  12. The takeover in Seattle? They are already demanding money from business owners to “protect” their businesses. It is going to be chaos and the Leftist, Progressive agenda will be exposed.
  13. So, ummmm, do you think private security and neighborhood defense won’t result in any corruption or brutality or that will be a thing of the past?
  14. Has anyone ever stopped to think of how race-baiters like their salmon prepared? Yeah, me either.
  15. Oh relax. God can't we have fun anymore around here?
  16. Honestly, it may be needed otherwise this will never go away. Nobody likes the thoughts of that but sometimes it's the only way to settle things.
  17. Neither will Dawson...unfortunately.
  18. I can’t remember. I thought you were a Packers fan?
  19. Does the NHL even have a plan to come back this summer or fall? I heard they said they were going to play a couple weeks back but have heard nothing since.
  20. Thank you Hapless for the tutorial on how to edit....sorry to all for the confusion.
  21. But why is there a difference? He doesn't go on the wall if he is involved in that trial late in his career or even right after his career? If he doesn't deserve those honors in those scenarios, why does he now?
  22. He was a hell of a football player. One of the best ever. Let me ask you this...if OJ killed his first wife (or was suspected of doing so and acquitted under the same circumstances) in November if 1977, while he was still a Buffalo Bill but he still accomplished what he had done, would you be calling for his name to go on the wall or for him to be enshrined in the HOF? Is there a difference? I mean, those murders were not connected to his in the field performance.
