  1. If someone got in your face attempting to prevent you from doing your job after having bricks thrown at you, cars running you down, being spit at, no....they handled the situation properly. Why isn't the problem the man getting in their face, not complying with verbal requests, and then getting in their personal space? Is that a threat? LOL
  2. Yes, it totally has because those are the tactics they are trained to use. Like everyone else, I felt a little queezy watching that. Taking out the emotions, there is nothing criminal there. None.
  3. The bottom line is those two officers, 100%, used proper tactics. That shouldn’t even be up for debate. Second, since the aforementioned is a true statement, the arrests were purely politically motivated. Though it was unsettling to watch, only because of his age, nothing in the New York State Penal Law covers age being a factor, with the exception of if there is intent to injure. There simply was no intent. DA Flynn is going to look like a moron when this is said and done. Those two officers, plain and simple, are paying the price for the four in Minneapolis and Flynn is a political hack that cares nothing about justice.
  4. Will Derek Chauvin walk on the Murder charge? https://www.independentsentinel.com/full-autopsy-of-mr-floyd-4x-amount-of-fentanyl-needed-to-kill-also-meth-and-pot/?utm_source=whatfinger You can bet the defense will argue Floyd died of a fentanyl overdose. He appeared to have had 4 times the amount that it would take to kill a person in his system. The first ME differed from Baden. Reasonable doubt? This forensic Pathologist suggests that second autopsy’s are usually riddled with mistakes from the damage done to the corpse during the first autopsy. As well as the obvious of Baden being a hired gun. https://www.medpagetoday.com/blogs/working-stiff/86913 All it takes is one juror To be convinced and you can have a hung jury.
  5. Yes, Go around him and have your back to him. Smart tactics.
  6. Should Shaquille O’Neal been thrown out of the NBA? Not been elected to the Basketball HOF? https://www.latimes.com/archives/la-xpm-2003-jan-11-sp-shaq11-story.html
  7. I don’t think it is some secret that Universities across this country are breeding grounds for tomorrow’s Liberals, so that examination shouldn’t be shocking to anyone. The interesting stat I take out of that is the more experiences one has in life the more likely they were to vote for Donald Trump.
  8. Koko...just went for a walk and was thinking about what you said. I definitely could see that being charged if they were on top of him and banged his head of the concrete. I just can’t see how it could be applied to the facts as we know them. But nothing would surprise me anymore. Thank God for a court of Appeals and case law.
  9. Ha! I am now thinking about dropping my subscription because who in hell wants to be an Athletic supporter?
  10. I'm not quite sure what you are getting at. I think our wires may be crossed here. What I was getting at is I don't believe a 21 year old should be cut from a team for a text message he sent when he was 20....even if he did use the N word. Unless it was in a violent manner like "I hate N" or something worse. It's a word. A distasteful word that should not be used but these "gotcha" moments are getting out of hand.
  11. Here it is...LaGarrette Blount. Sucker punched a white player. Look at the caption....people found this funny! 800 and something people liked it and 100 something didn't. Read the comments. But people are crying that Frohm should be black balled! LOL The comments were under this video. My bad.
  12. LOL...yes, that's it!
  13. Correct. On all accounts. I'm getting at what the poster said that I quoted. Are we seriously debating on a text message like this should ruin a career? Even if he did drop an N-bomb? When he was a 20 year old? If that's the case I wonder how people feel about giving people a second chance when they did something that actually hurt someone? Say a 20 year old punches another and breaks their jaw? Should he be forgiven? Who was that college player years ago...I think a running back, that sucker punched the player at the end of a game? (BTW, he was a black player and sucker punched a white player) I do believe he went on an played in the NFL. Shoukd he have not been allowed to play pro football?
  14. He should not be forgiven and should be cut. Just a question....are you of the opinion that if someone does a stint in jail for a crime they "did their time" and we should move on?
  15. Why on God's green earth would anyone want to do all that and then put up with the bull#### out there? Let me ask you this....how would any of those mandates have stopped what happened in Minneapolis? Honestly, I hope all those radical ideas you are throwing out actually come to fruition. It will be amazingly entertaining to watch the big cities crumble.
  16. That's also a wicked stretch. I mean, they didn't recklessly use the sidewalk to injure him.
  17. Correct. The only subdivision under Felony Assault that is not with intent is to recklessly cause serious physical injury with a deadly weapon or dangerous instrument. The dangerous instrument, which I suspect they were charged under, is a STRETCH of epic proportions. He was pushed back with a riot stick, which is what they are made for. If this is truly a crime, lets say the old man didn't fall. Would those officers have been charged? Of course not! Would the DA have charged them with attempted Assault 2nd Degree? Of course not! And, lets be honest, I watched that and my stomach turned because it was a 75 year old man. Taking emotions out of it, would we be having this conversation if the man was in his 30's, 40's or even 50's? I think we can all say no. The age of the man is the reasonn we are here, as well as what happened in Minneapolis. Nowhere in the statutes that covers this is age a reason to charge. Only if intent can be shown and I'm pretty damned sure we can all agree gbere was no intent to injure. The man got pushed back, lost his balance, and hit his head. He made the concsious decision to approach those officers and impede them from moving forward. It's not like the officer took his riot stick and clubbed the man over the head with it. I suspect these officers will be indicted and then beat any and all charges at trial.
  18. I can trll you right now that DA overcharged. IF any charge was appropriate it was Assault Third Degree. Again, IF.
  19. That is 100 percent true. Imagine a privatized security/police? Call them and give your credit card information before they respond to take care of your problems. We are heading this way and I say awesome! We should also defund Welfare and social programs that drain our tax dollars. I'm also for defunding any and all tax payer money going to public colleges.
  20. Yep! Imagine the boom in construction in the outlying areas as people flee these cities. The economy may actually sky-rocket!
  21. All I can do is laugh!
  22. Haha. You don’t know society very well. Wait until a volunteer policeman shoots an unarmed person. It will happen about 1000 times more than it does now.....and that is probably a very low estimate. Looking forward to it!
  23. Right. Protect yourself. Throw the Criminal law books out the window. Every man for himself. Believe me, I’m ready for this. I’m not sure how long I will last but I’m more than ready for it to begin.
