  1. I picked no for the poll cause I think they’ll finish up with Tolbert. But I’d rather use Groy as the number 2 running back than ever see Tolbert run into the line and fall down again.
  2. I think instead of shopping for retread coordinators who just got fired or the coach above was changed out you want to look for younger smarter quarterback coaches on teams. Say philly.. Kansas City maybe, if we’re drafting a quarterback which we know we are just don’t know how high of a round they’ll go, you need someone in here who can gel and groom young quarterbacks
  3. The critics are harsh.. I put some of this on Zay, some on Tyrod, and the rest on offensive strategy. It’s hard to be out there and run routes all game and never get in a rhythm cause you only see 2-3 targets. Then after running 25 routes you finally get a ball your way and drop it, confidence gets pretty shaky. If this were a high volume offense that threw 40+ times a game and had a more accurate quarterback I think he would of broke out of this funk by now. This isn’t exactly a normal offense these guys play in by today’s standards. As we say with the others who are gone Zay would have much better production on a different team and more than likely would of made enough good plays to block out the bad. The “bust” label is a joke though. Good quarterbacks make receivers look great and put them in situations to make plays. That is not the bills strong suit. We’re not making a lot of adjustments at the line, we don’t take advantages of mismatches most of the time, we never seem to change the play, well run it and take a 4 yard loss with 10 guys in the box all day long instead of Tyrod audibling to a screen or fly route or anything. Give poor Zay a year or two before blasting the guy and running him out of town.
  4. If this new front office and coaching staff want to change the losing culture of this team next week is huge. Nothing could skyrocket the hopes and dreams of fans more than heading into New England in December and putting up a W. Not gonna speculate on the game we have all week for that. I just wanted to talk specifically the impact it could mean to go in there and get a win. We all want to see the streak end, see coaches have success and stay for more than 2 years. This game could be the most important statement any coaching staff has made in a very long time. Either way I’m pumped I did not expect to see the fight in this team to be in this kind of position I expected 4-12 I won’t lie. It’s been a fun season since I didn’t expect too much. Enjoy the holiday week and go bills
  5. I like this guy as a coach. They may not have won meaningful games, but constantly in the playoff hunt during his time. He has always been smart about his hiring of assistants and gotten the most out of the talent they have had. Mostly mid level kinda players but he’s gotten the most out of them. Most of his assistants are head coaches now. I’d be interested to see what team/role he ends up with depending what his next steps for his career are
  6. I agree Groy needs some playing time. I’m not the biggest Wood fan but the guy has the respect of the locker room and they just extended him didn’t they? I can maybe see someone taking his job but can’t see them releasing him outright for nothing
  7. If anyone would get it he would be the guy for sure. Talk about a punishing running back who was extremely overworked in his prime years
  8. What made me the angriest was when the colts had guys from the sideline who weren’t even players in there kicking snow away, and the refs ran over to get them off the friend. I kinda felt like that was worth a penalty and I’m surprised we didn’t see more people freakin out over that
  9. What a genius... Knew that extra possession would tire the colts D out hahahaha
  10. I don’t normaly knock the coach but that was pretty dumb. It’s one yard and not enough time to force the ball back. And why waste the timeout on a friggen punt
  11. Is there new one domed or retractable? I only seen one game and it looked regular.
  12. Weird that Woods is a legit #1 in LA (hurt) Sammy playing every game, and Goodwin actually decent as the #1 in San Fran. Now we have KB hurt every game, Zay off to start the year and then hurt. We just have bad luck
  13. I can’t see him returning. That was nasty. Since they took him off the sideline I’d say he’s done for the day.
  14. Watching Brissett run there makes me very happy Tyrod can’t play today
  15. I’m actually happy not seeing TY Hilton constantly run open over the middle burning us
  16. No way, time to throw to the bomb to nick o Leary
  17. Lot of people hated on Adolphus last year and this year but that guy can really make some plays at times. He has some real potential.
  18. On a dumb side note as well, the chances at injuries are greatly reduced in conditions like this. Cushioned fall, can’t quite cut as well, less momentum in getting hit. Just a thought
  19. No dome for me. New England, Pittsburgh, Cleveland, Minnesota, Chicago, Green Bay, Philadelphia all have stadiums that are not domed. You run the risk of snow in any of those areas.. Even Denver and Kansas City and other teams. It’s a part of the game. Today’s game was pretty ugly at the start, but it’s onviously coming along just fine. This is football. I would never support a dome
  20. That’s trusting your guy to make a play for sure
  21. I can’t belive how many are on here complaining about the stadium and the weather. Cause there’s zero chance this happens in Chicago, or Green Bay, or Minnesota, Cleveland, Pittsburgh, New England, guess all those guys need domes too right? This IS football. This IS what’s supposed to be home field advantage for those warm weather teams.
  22. Thats kind of extreme. It’s a crap shoot with any quarterback I actually kinda like Mayfield.
  23. For sure I expect them to make the move up. Rather it’s San Fran or the giants I expect them to try and get into the top 3 with a package of picks this year and next with the sole purpose of getting a top tier quarterback prospect. I think they have already shown they can sign decent free agents with plug and play talent. I don’t expect them to win next year either sadly without some serious magic. But I think they’ll be set for year 3 of this regime to make some serious impact
