Allen has to beat the blitz. That’s just all there is to it. The line is playing fine, they can’t block 6-7 guys on a pass play. Daboll needs to adjust like he did for that drive. Baltimore thrives on the blitz it masks their weaknesses. If Allen can figure it out and get some rhythm it’ll be ok. As bad as it’s been the games close still

Watching the strip sack on Allen Baltimore sent 7 guys. What line is going to block that? I expect adjustments to be made. Sad it might be out of control by then. They need to settle down

They blitz like 50% of the time but today they appear to be blitzing almost every play cause Allen is missing. Could definitely use some screens worked in

Man Allen is just off the on the deep passes all year. You got to give your guy some kind of shot at it. These guys need to settle down a little or this might be ugly

Yeah he’s not the answer long term but I think he showed this year he can make some plays and get the ball to the playmakers. Be interesting to see what direction Carolina goes. They’re making some weird moves

Kyle Allen has been decent for a no name guy though. When he’s bad he’s pretty bad, but he’s doing a good job running their offense for the most part. They also have will Grier stashed for next year too.

Wow, these guys heads are getting a little big. Can’t change teams like underwear. They want to get paid and get the fat contracts. They do. Then they want to switch teams. Before anyone even says it or starts a thread let’s just end this now. He is not a team guy and we do not want/need him. This is a prime example of a #1 receiver that will not make your team better. He can make plays, be our red zone threat and jump ball guy and check all the boxes we need in a receiver but he wouldn’t make this team better. As he’s shown in Cleveland.

I never understood this either. If either back gets hurt you’re gonna ride one guy the whole game. I would also like to see a game with Sweeney active and lee smith sitting down. The blocking can’t be that far apart once you factor in all smiths penalties

While I agree Allen does look scary for injuries with the hits he takes. He definitely is aware and trying to limit some of it. He also seems to play a lot better when there is more contact. Jackson is elusive, curious to see what happens when he does take some big hits when he’s not used to being hit much. Come playoff time I would expect someone is going to lay him out if he’s running all the time. Can he play the same after injuries? Or does he get rattled after some good hits? Can he recover and play at the same level after an injury? Good thing is we already know those answers for the most part with 17.

It’s highly frowned upon on here but if Tennessee let’s Henry walk I’m paying that guy. Beane knows how to work a contract. Henry doesn’t have the wear and tear guys his age have. Tennessee never really featured him until the end of last season. Guy is durable, fast, and of course he hurts defenders he runs so hard. We can afford to pay good for a running back on a 5 year deal especially since Beane seems to always leave an out early in the contracts. I would be in shock if he hits free agency but Tennessee is a really weird team. I live in Tennessee and he’s the only reason I can watch them since I hated Mariotta so much. Drove me nuts the last few years when they’d give all the carries to Dion Lewis and didn’t use Henry.

Yeah they had a decent mix with powell and the other guy they let go I forget his name I think he went to Oakland and got hurt right away.
