I used to think like that until I started watching the NBA again. There are players and teams that play good/great defense, but the rules have changed. There's no hand checking and hard fouls of the 80s and 90s will get you a technical or an ejection. The Nuggets-Twolves series that recently ended was top flight quality ball. Anthony Edwards is a budding Superstar and odds on favorite for being face of the league once LeBron and Steph are gone. The Superteam era has ended. The NBA is in good hands with the current youth in the league.

The goofball act, while I believe is genuine, is also a defense mechanism. I really hope this kid blossoms into a legit #1 option and sooner rather than later.

Bengals finished 9-8 - missed the playoffs Jaguars finished 9-8 - missed the playoffs Jets finished 7-10 - missed the playoffs All 3 teams would have faired better had their QBs been healthy, potentially impacting the Bills playoff chances. Particularly the Jets who are in the same division.

The Bills went 11-6 last year and got a bit of a break with Burrow, Rodgers and Lawrence suffering injuries.

I really wish Beane would have opted for Devante Parker in free agency if this was the route he planned to take.

And I always thought Jerry Rice was lucky to have had Montana, Young and MVP Gannon as his QBs throughout his prime. MVS has had Rodgers, Mahomes and now Allen as his QBs and still has yet ro eclipse 700 yards, at 6'4" with "4.3 speed". 😐

Yes he is. He's led multiple teams to the playoffs and has appeared in a Super Bowl. Every QB has bad games.

I would love to have any of them on the roster, but don't think the Bears or Titans are interested in shipping off talent from their young QBs. Also, I don't think the Bills will be exploring any trades for WR before the season begins. If things start getting rocky, I can envision a move before the trade deadline however.

Regardless, Rashee needs to be smart here. Take a step back and chill at the house for a few months. The universe is giving him signs.

Couldn't agree more. Guys like him have the talent, but don't really love the game. I imagine at some point it stopped being fun for them. I think they get burnt out from the grind from Pop Warner to now.

This might be Claypool's last shot in the league, so I expect him to give it his all. I like the signing.

What I hated more than anything was watching Najee's effort level increase after being benched for Warren. Also happened in Minnesota with Mattison and in Dallas with Pollard.

Same. Kincaid will have over 100 receptions, but Samuel will lead in yards. Curtis can do everything Beasley did in his prime, but he's more dynamic.
