This team has no chance of winning the Super Bowl. Knowing that should be a bit of a relief. Just enjoy the season for what it is. There's no great expectations here.

AND Aaron Jones, who averaged 117 rushing yards per game, at 5.7 ypc over the last 3 weeks of the season and 2 playoff games. He was on an absolute tear!

For reference. Mahomes is an excellent decision maker.

Fair enough. Allen had 15 rushing TDs this past season. I have no idea how to track from how far out each one was, but I guarantee you Mahomes did not have 15 1-yard shovel pass TDs. Just to get back to the point. Mahomes is greater than Allen, like Elway is greater than Marino. Many fans' frustration of this FACT comes from this team not being able to get over the hump. This is why many of you hang on statistics and that's fine. Carry on. Andy Reid is the best HC currently in football. Thats no secret. How much of his success in KC has to do with having Mahomes at QB? Let's be real. What are we talking about here? You want a new head coach?

Just like Patrick has 52 more passing TDs in as many years as a starter. Super Bowl rings and MVPs are what they are no matter how you slice it as well. The very same thing Bills fans criticize Jalen Hurts for, they now want to laugh at. I love how you guys move the goal posts.

That's nice and all, but we know most of those are runs from inside the 5. KC has a run game they can rely on for those.

That excuse isn't going to work for Allen any better than it worked for Marino. I wouldn't call that the only reason. Mahomes is a great QB. If he retired today, he'd be widely considered a top 5 guy All-Time. Patrick has proven to have the ability to adapt to what a defense gives him. From slinging the ball all over the field for 5,000 yards and 50 TDs, to dinking and dunking. He just gets the job done. They put the stats up of he and Mahomes over the past 4 seasons and the 21 additional turnovers for Allen is jarring. Allen is still great and likely a future Hall of Famer. He's still got time to collect a couple of rings and MVPs.
