  1. The guard is changing, folks. So glad Brady stuck around.
  2. My numbers are more spitballing. I know they're not accurate. What I'm drawing attention to is his inconsistency.
  3. Define a "good game". A typical Josh Allen game is sub par by top tier QB standards. The league QB rating average is about 90. How many games does Josh have like that? I get it, he does other things and is a gamer. If the game is close, he has the ability to "turn it on" and win the game, but if the Bills are down by 2 TDs, do you have faith that he can lead us back. I don't.
  4. Consistancy is the problem. For every 1 great game Josh plays, he'll have 3 stinkers. Fortunately, the defense is good enough to keep games close, giving Josh the opportunity to make important plays down the stretch. It's worked well thus far.
  5. I'm not saying Brees isn't great, but stats are CLEARLY important to him. People hate hearing the truth these days. It's weird.
  6. Peyton was pulled from many a 4th quarter throughout his career. If he played the game the way Brees and Brady did (no mercy/stat chasing) his numbers would be greater than what they already are.
  7. Proof? You mean aside from his past stat chasing ways? There's nothing wrong with it. The game is the game. I'm just calling it how it is. Years ago, the Saints were out of the playoff picture, it was the final game of the season and Drew is out there running the hurry up with 15 seconds left on the clock, heaving the ball downfield in an attempt to break Marino's single season yardage record. He is who he is. It's not necessarily a fault.
  8. The team was 5-0 with Bridgewater and the Cardinals were their next opponent right before the bye.
  9. Drew Brees is a shameless stat chaser. He came back from injury early this year, I believe, because Brady had surpassed him in TDs.
  10. You may he right due to Brady's decline, but that defense is very good. Only top tier QBs have been able to beat them.
  11. The defense will hold their own, the offense will have to play their best game of the year. I don't see it.
  12. I'd give him a C. Josh is that guy who is going to have a handful of errant throws per game along with a couple of dimes. Right now, that's just who he is. Brown and Beasley both dropped catchable passes but Josh has to stop hanging them out to dry in the middle of the field.
