EJ wasn't handled the best by the coaching staff at the time. I tended to be a pro EJ guy until I couldn't... That being said your take is fair

Just something that dawned on me yesterday. While my first reaction to the Eagles is negative it’s pretty funny I’ve rooted for them in the 4 Super Bowls they’ve been in. 2x against the Patriots and 2x against the Chiefs. Even back in the 90s it was cool to find a team that despised the Cowboys of that era as well probably more than Bills fans. I still recall back in the 90s on the web finding Dallas Sucks pages on the Internet written by Eagles fans. And yeah only AFC East team Bills didn’t lose a Super Bowl too. Odds are Bills woulda lost last night if they made it.

He’s still a pretty good quarterback on paper. But he seems to be type of guy very aware of that in how he plays

To be fair in the drought years I remember Buffalo Bills.com featuring highlights of sweet Stevie Johnson catches when the team usually got their butts just kicked. -
Not gonna lie read that as Tim Robbins initially

Last nights halftime show was so bad it made me nostalgic to watch this one all of a sudden. For a middle age guy it was certainly at least very visually appealing. J Lo might be a nightmare to deal with but I’ll never deny her being real hot

My Dad just told me he's going to cancel his Apple Music subscription because they sponsored this 😅 -
That’s HORRIBLE I remember he seemed very much a person into health and fitness as well

Yeah I watched it about 10 years ago and remember thinking it was solid. With not much else on these days that interests me I gave it another watch lately. Some thoughts: Katey Segal is great but I really didn't like Gemma. Like did not like that character at all. I liked Jax more the 1st time I watched it but now I definitely preferred Clay as chapter president. The season in Ireland I enjoyed more this time around. The 1st time I thought that season was really sloppy. But I still can't totally follow all the gang's illegal activities and the players involved 😅. it's a little easier though after the 2nd watch

I preferred Clay

For those fans of the show. I’m re watching it a 2nd time now. I like Happy the best. A minor character but unbelievably loyal

I figured push came to shove the deal would get done. But it wasn’t looking good there for a while. David was really the last lifer in the Mets organization that stayed his whole career. So hoping big Pete does.

Do you still have the sports cards you collected as a kid?

Kinda makes sense as your phone more or less is your ticket these days -
Sounds like you're describing the 51-3 game. The one OP posted was played earlier that year and was much closer. I was a bit young to remember that 51-3 game but I just always assumed that was like a cake walk of a game for team. So I was surprised to see earlier that season they had a much tougher battle against the Raiders.

I have a lot of respect for Dan. I know he had a lot of anxiety/depression issues back in the 90's when it wasn't really as socially acceptable to speak about as it is today that he had to work through. Gave up playing college b-ball at Seton Hall for a year. Stuff that still prob plagues him today. That being said he more often that not now comes off as obnoxious to me vs passionate. they had a good win against Uconn last week I think.

About 10 years ago already (wow) I went through most of them and brought it down to the local recycle place to chuck them. I saved players that were on the Bills and Mets and some of the more valuable ones. A Derek Jeter rookie card seemed to be my most valuable card I found. I did though in the last year or two buy some baseball card sets online. The 89 Upper Deck box with rookie cards of Griffey Jr and Randy Johnson. If you were a kid of the 90s that Griffey Jr card was like the hot one and iconic collector item. So I thought it was cool in a way I make my own money now and could buy it. -
That caught my eye that if it's not the Bayonne Bridge it looks a lot like it. I liked the song though. Had a sort of Johnny Cash sound to it

I'll celebrate more when Andy Reid decides to call it a career vs Mahomes or Kelce. I mean not to undermine how annoying Kelce/Taylor are but Andy is the main glue/brains behind the operations to me.

I’ll certainly say for someone that doesn’t care much for college hoops he definitely makes it interesting to follow for me. I have a lot of respect for how hard he worked in a lot of aspects of his life…. He’s been very open about depression and anxiety troubles he’s had. On the other hand I think he’s really taken it too far this year with beating up the refs. So I can see why people don’t like him.
