  1. Rest well Always seemed pretty down to earth for his position
  2. I’ve never tried it. But walking through cities that have a decent Ecuadorian population I do notice lots of hole in the wall type places. It looks pretty good…. Good amounts of food for not a lot of money
  3. I'm Catholic and see Lent as a time of spiritual renewal heading into Easter Sunday. As I get older I like the more religious aspects of it more. Ironically my Dad and his family who were brought up real Catholic and would get the food blessed the whole thing..... it's almost like a pagan holiday to them at this point. They're pretty apathetic and just go on and on about how miserable they think their lives are and the world around us. But yeah haha any holiday even joyous ones when the family is involved could turn a nightmare. lol
  4. Happy Easter! It's a great time for rebirth 🙏
  5. That’s an example. sort of similar to kielbasa but made of bologna meat
  6. Cool beans. Was he just in like a real good mood I wonder?
  7. Aside another one would be David Wells. That game is when I realized how many teams he was on and how solid a career he actually had. I'm eyeing the Mother's Day 11:30 game next month to go to. Very true on the overall mood. I haven't been watching all the games but I saw it seemed like Lindor blew one of the Twins games because of some fielding errors. Last year around now I would have ben all over his case. But this year I'm just like Yeah he always starts a little rusty and I make mistakes everyday of my life. It's cool
  8. If the Jets did a reality show about their organization and team even I would watch it. I'm not even a Jets hater but between the Jets buyout of employees, Rex Ryan being considered for the coaching job, and this Aaron Rodgers meeting..... their dysfunction is massively funny and entertaining! Makes me feel better about my own job and company I work for
  9. I never really was a fan even before the rumors of him buying the team.
  10. Derrick Coleman- perhaps he's worthy of his own thread. Many may recall him during his time at Syracuse. I know he was looked as this lazy and great underachiever. But watching some old highlights recently of him when he played for the Nets he still seemed a solid player for a few years there
  11. In retrospect while the Bills should have won Super Bowl 25...... the G-Men that year were a lot better team people give the credit for. Plus they had Super Bowl experience a few years before. Too me it wasn't like a big upset the Giants won that day. Super Bowl 28 is the one years later that still really hurts the most. Even in Super Bowl 27 you had the Beebe hustle play at the end..... like that never give up attitude. Once it was 13-13 the team did just that
  12. That was a couple years ago already but I always respected Cornel West he wanted out back then
  13. I do love bologna and cheese. But I thought I was the only one that had weird food quirks like that. There was in another lifetime a manager I had who always ate or drank Stonyfield organic products. She wasn’t the easiest person to work for her and her breathe a lot of times smelled bad. So yes I still can’t eat or drink that product I went to a Polish deli recently and got a Bologna ring. So good and not full of the preservatives like they put in certain store brands
  14. When we imitated players as kids whenever my friend imitated Larry Bird he was just like…, Somehow nobody ever blocks his shots! Fun memories
  15. You know like those indoor hoops you hang on your door. I had it when I was younger. Fun memories of some tackle games with the cousins as kids using it. I still had one throughout high school and used it believe it or not.
  16. I'm not saying the Shout song needs to go or be retired. But at the same time I would be open to hear replacement Bills anthems for after the Bills after they get some points on the board. I stress the words open to hearing replacement anthems. Not that the Shout song needs to go.
  17. One of the funniest music videos ever made. And they must have only played it after midnight back when!
  18. During the drought I thought a lot of the Bills Mafia tailgating antics were pretty funny.... like hey even our team loses we still know a good time. A lot of it now seems super cringe that the team is good and is considered more mainstream if you will
  19. I do like Lady Gaga and checked out some of her performances. Some seemed overdramatic and some I liked. I liked this one
  20. I'm going to say for right this second Bass is underrated. He was my biggest worry last off season and he had a pretty solid year overall with some key clutch kicks
  21. Look I have absolutely no delusions of grandeur of me being any sort of great athlete. That being said what made 13 seconds so hard to digest for me is it's not a stretch of the imagination that I could have completed those two passes Mahomes did to set up that field goal. Even the second pass by him was just looking for the big man. It's laughable to me to think of that as like some epic drive Mahomes led
  22. Look I really like the Fitz as a person but sometimes I get agitated at how much love he gets from the fanbase these days. He had the nickname Picks-patrick or Fitz-tragic as a Bill for a reason.
  23. Similar story. I was always very good at shooting (especially foul shots) but kinda awkward everywhere else playing. By the time I hit high school it wasn’t happening. But anyway an 8th grade graduation party I went too was really one of the last times playing pick up ball. By high school no one I knew was interested that didn’t play it competitively
  24. I did wrestling camp one week at college when I was in middle school. I thought being a husky kid I would have an advantage. But the kids then in that weight class all were older than me and pretty fit. My weight put me in a class of kids older than me at the time. It did not go well.
