  1. That is a fair statement. I’m pretty sure that, on this board at least, that goes without saying. In fact, maybe never mention it again and we can be friends
  2. The agent and the NFLPA will not let that happen. It may end up being as team friendly as possible, but the man is going to get paid what he deserves. It’s all relative, but I cannot see him going under $40 million per year
  3. In my head, I said to myself “if this is what he can do with a low salary cap, I can’t wait to see what Beane can do with the one that is coming with the big TV deals”. Then, I quickly self corrected by remembering Josh. Still a fantastic job of keeping the three most key, imho, FA’s in the fold.
  4. An all-time great career and sure fire first ballot Hall of Famer. Sad to see him only win one Super Bowl, but them’s the breaks. You can’t say his team didn’t put everything they had behind him.
  5. October 1987. My dad went down to Buffalo for a game with a group of friends. I listened to it on the radio. I didn’t know much about it, but I knew my dad and his friends were excited to be there so I was excited to listen. The Bills beat the Giants in overtime and my dad came back from the game with a big smile and his friends all cheered when they drove away after dropping him off. I knew they had a good time and I heard the energy in the stadium through the radio. I was hooked.
  6. I am very happy for Jordan. Taking that step is a big one and shows a great degree of self-awareness and self control. Maturation is a beautiful thing and clarity of purpose is even more so.
  7. And the Tampa Bay buccaneers continue to look smarter than the New England patriots. I don’t see any problem here today.
  8. You starting a circus or something there bud?
  9. The question referred to a breakout season not a breakout preseason.
  10. If I was solely to base my judgement upon the Miami game, I think we both know who would win that debate. However, as a body of work, Roberts is the superior option.
  11. Roberts or McKittrick....gotta keep one. In this scenario, who does he foresee returning kicks? Micah Hyde is not going to be back there and at such a risk.
  12. Don’t it always seem to go that you don’t know what you’ve got till it’s gone.....
  13. Godwin is, very truly, a special WR. Having Evans opposite him has led people to not see him as elite as Evans gets the deep ball. But, if you gave me the choice of him or Evans, I would take Godwin every day. He has elite route running skills and some of the best hands in the league. He is worth that money.
  14. Well....10-1. He was not a difference maker in the AFC championship.
  15. He’s such a tool. When he came into the league, and I would say for his first three seasons, I was a big fan. Then, he got a little bit too big for his britches and he ended up handing them to Ciara for her to wear. Now, he’s a clown and a laughing stock. Good luck to whoever trades valuable assets for this guy
  16. Stokes is fast, but I had no idea he was that fast. It will carry weight, regardless of the location it was run. Thanks for posting!
  17. Cog is a guy who really knows how to throw his weight....errrrr.....weights around.... Hard pass. Loved him on the line 5 years ago, but there are better options on the market and Ike is one of them who comes with so much less risk and wear and tear.
  18. Or, quite possibly, they may even sign a free agent? Could even be Milano? Looks like you got on that jump to conclusions mat?
  19. The exact kind of player that the Bills need at TE. Red zone weapon, great hands and strong blocker. He’s not in the Gronk, Kittle or Kelce category, but he’d be a great guy to plug in and teach Rambo as he learns how to use his physical gifts.
  20. He should heed this advice, but it sure doesn’t seem that he has any interest in it. A team who drafts any first round QB not named Trevor Lawrence should have him on speed dial.
  21. Maybe the Vikings should trade cousins back there. They don’t know what to do with even a moderately good quarterback it seems, so why not give them a less than moderately good quarterback.
  22. What a great move! The bills do not have to pay a prima donna QB and took TJ off the payroll years ago!
  23. So, the question is whose acquisition cost will be higher, Russell Wilson or Deshaun Watson? Russell has a Super Bowl on his résumé and a lot of winning seasons. Deshaun is younger, but his stats and skillset jump off the page.
  24. These bread crumbs are getting tedious. I need more of them....
