  1. Paatt lives under a permanent dark cloud. Weather-based discussions feel very personal.
  2. Mamba mentality is more in-line. When Kobe was at his finest, and that was 99% of his career, he was extolling the virtues of never taking a play off. Never taking a second of a play off. That is the mamba mentality. Josh sometimes gets that so severely that he gets the sugar high Josh out. But he never quits at any time or in any play. As he has matured before our eyes, that has grown from being a concern to a virtue.
  3. Damn your facts and keep them out of this here argument!
  4. I don’t like the human, but I like the player.
  5. Watching the Browns vs Chiefs reminded me of why I liked Kareem Hunt so much. Get us a violent runner. Someone with no regard for tacklers and angry, angry feet.
  6. I’m happy to see that I am not alone in my lack of connection with this moniker. I am proudly a Buffalo Bills fan, but I am labeled as a Bills Mafia member by friends and fellow football fans. I have never taken to that. I think that it’s the association with the people jumping through tables and getting filmed doing stunts in the lots. It’s hardly the worst thing to be called, and maybe I’m a bit curmudgeonly, but I prefer not to be thought of in the same context as the table jumpers.
  7. You’re judging an entire fanbase on some online schmucks. The fans at Arrowhead were incredibly welcoming to our small group of Bills fans. I even got fed some great ribs at the tailgate. The recent success has bred some bandwagoners with bad attitudes, but I can’t say they are the majority whatsoever. One of my best friends is a Chiefs fan and he’s a great guy.
  8. Prior to watching the Chiefs and browns game, I was really nervous about taking on the Chiefs. I feel a lot better now. Reid is, without a doubt, the most imaginative offensive mind in the game today. However, I love our squads ability to game plan and I think Josh has a massive game versus that Kansas City secondary. Let’s go Bills!!
  9. Take the championship. I have followed the Toronto Raptors basketball organization for 25 years. As someone who witnessed a championship and is now looking at a rebuild, I will tell you that it’s much more enjoyable to take that championship. It’s such an incredibly gratifying feeling. I saw it with the Toronto Blue Jays in the 90s as well. It’s like I always have that to fall back upon
  10. I think they may attract some really great coaching candidates. Rex Ryan and Gregg Williams come to mind. You know, guys that have zero interest anywhere else in the league and won’t for a long time to come
  11. Every time I hear or read that word, I picture George McFly.
  12. The Bills have been a pass first team all season. Ask the Rams, Dolphins (x2), Steelers, Colts and Ravens how well their gameplans worked. The Ravens came closest, but were aided by winds in a big way. What makes you think that any D-coordinators will come up with a gameplan better than the top 5 defences in the league did?
  13. The most impressive part of that drill, and most memorable in my view, was his ability to quickly overcome his gaffe and recover perfectly. That says a lot about his mental makeup.
  14. Poor Taron. Saves the season and someone still posts this the following day. Jordan outright made up slights that opponents said to him just to self-motivate. I don’t hate it.
  15. Great work @Shaw66. Happy that you got to experience the game at the stadium.
  16. Nah. Allen=Ali He’s on some long-term championship game.
  17. Yeah, we’ve got one of them bourgeois QB’s now!
  18. It’s been over since week 3. Moss’ injury necessitated it, but there is zero indication that he has the full faith of the coaching staff. I think 1 run in an entire half of football might be rather indicative of what they think?
  19. There are way too many people on this thread that are looking at the downside of this win. It’s a win dammit! Now try and enjoy life because I sure as heck am!!
  20. Williams, Johnson and Kroft seem to be the key in actives. Jackson also inactive
  21. The likelihood that they cut ties with Carson at this point is so low based on those numbers alone. I don’t see how any other general manager saw enough in Wentz the past two seasons to take on that contract and try and salvage his, once promising, career
