  1. Order of trust: 1) @GunnerBill 2) McBeane 3) Benjamin Allbright
  2. Seems like Denver sports are cursed this year. The Rockies GM, Jamal Murray out for the season for the Nuggets and now their team makes a real boneheaded decision at quarterback again in the NFL.
  3. I share this opinion. Ford may or may not work out as a starting guard. Based upon the first two games, other wise known as his only two games, of the season, he was really not as strong as Ike. The line play improved in protection when Ike began to start. It didn’t seem to either negatively or positively affect the run game.
  4. As I understand it, in an alternate and greater universe, he caught that pass and it propelled the Bills to a record 5 straight Super Bowls and him to four 2000 yard seasons and a first ballot hall of fame career. But, he shouldn’t dwell on that...
  5. Yet another reason that the bills need to add a one tech in the draft. Star is great to have, but with the way that they rotate the defensive line, they need to have a player of that ilk in there. Nobody else is equipped to play that position and Ed is much better as a three Tech.
  6. In the co-workers defence, we spent close to 20 years finding excuses for Tom Brady kicking everyone’s collective ass. Having a QB like Josh invokes jealousy and opposing teams’ fans need to rationalize it. I am happy to not be in the Fins fans shoes, reliving glory years. We are in the Bills new glory years and we have a lot of them coming with Mr Allen behind center.
  7. Oops! Fail on my part. Hamilton is actually historically a great CFL town.
  8. Edmonton, Saskatchewan, Calgary and Winnipeg are the lifeblood of that league. The problem is that the four other cities where the league exists, Toronto, Vancouver, Montreal and Ottawa, are where the money is in this country. Montreal has had a strong following in the past, but Montreal is a hockey city. Toronto fans have not flocked to Argonauts games for years. Vancouver has been mediocre in attendance for years and Ottawa is lucky to have a franchise.
  9. Word is that he just sucked TB’s surplus roids right out of him...but that’s all rumour....
  10. That would just be active. Those 4 were not all active. Closer to 4 in 5000
  11. My heart bleeds for the children and the parents who lost them. Not for the person who took their lives. This may be for you: BBC Comedy (@bbccomedy) Tweeted: When you so woke, you asleep. https://t.co/USEgKWPExM
  12. Killing anyone is terrible. Killing children? You can die a million fiery deaths. Piece of crap.
  13. I don’t think that he will be there at 30. That being said, he would be an excellent pick and fill the RT position for at least the next 10 years. I don’t see it happening, but wouldn’t scream at the TV if he was the pick.
  14. Pursue Le’Raven never more.
  15. Nice write-up. At this time of the year, all we can ask for is a well thought out a post and you have achieved that. The Watson situation is interesting on so many levels. I don’t think he’s getting traded as long as this court case is in play. That’s good news for us.
  16. I hope that Russell Wilson serves as a warning sign to a lot of quarterbacks. He wanted to be the highest paid quarterback in the league, and he was given that contract by the Seahawks. Now, he wants them to sign better offensive lineman to protect him, but they don’t have the money because they’ve tied up so much in him and a few key players to keep him happy. You can’t have it all. Mahomes is, thus far, an anomaly. But, his team has done a great job drafting offensive talent and has 75% of their cap wrapped up in 8 players. QB’s have to look at the full spectrum and not just what one QB is working with.
  17. Pulled a hammy trying to run the 40.
  18. I think that they prefer to be referred to as “the kicked” not “the kickee”.
  19. If Ingram is healthy, he would be a great 2 year plug and play guy. I always liked his game.
  20. I was thinking along the same lines. There was a time where Buffalo was regarded as the end of the earth in NFL standards. Sammy might just think that’s still true...
