Bills clueless about Tyrod Taylor article
Billzgobowlin replied to Comebackkid's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
That's not McDerm, that's Taylor. He has been like that every year he has been here. -
Bills Snap Count Tell Contributes To Loss?
Billzgobowlin replied to BadLandsMeanie's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Two things, we have a Guard at LT and a WR coach teaching a rookie QB, what could go wrong? -
Dareus is killing it for the Jags

I miss Dareus but let's not pretend he was playing against the second coming of Barry Sanders -
19 teams suck equally, or worse than buffalo!
Billzgobowlin replied to reginald's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Chiefs just lost to the Giants, probably the worst team in the NFC, a team with no receivers and no defense. The Cowboys look as helpless as we did against the Saints. They all look bad right now, not sure if there is a way to measure suck but if you want to argue the Bills are much worse than them I disagree -

Not worse but equally -
I'm guessing not gameplanning for Dareus has helped open other offenses.

Well at this point we know he lost one fumble so it wouldn't necessarily be 5 fewer but turnovers have never been his problem, not taking chances and developing offensive rhythm have. Same result.... well maybe the Chargers score 40

I disagree only three teams do, that would be the Browns, Cowboys and the team we play next week the Chiefs. -
Does anyone else feel numb to this?
Billzgobowlin replied to TonyBeets's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Last year it helped the offense because someone knew it wasn't the right offense. If only Rex did it on defense he would have still had a job and maybe a playoff victory. I like the Peterman move because it showed he is trying to improve every part of the players. The same needs to be done with the coaches till they figure out this downward spiral. I might be wrong but putting the same players or coaches out there is insanity to expect different results. -

This is the Raiders game from a couple of years ago but a lot earlier in the year. The sad thing is this was a winnable game. We have one good early drive on both sides of the field and every week they stop playing. Last week it was a FG, this week it was McCoy's TD and then both sides stop playing. McDerm and Co are not correcting mistakes fast enough. Curious what Polian has to say about this mess after recommending both Coach and GM. McDerm needs to fire coaching staff immediately before he loses this whole team and fan base. -
I agree but is this the coaching or Tyrod? I have watched Tyrod in college and the pros and he has always resisted running in groups of games. He just doesn't do it. He can take over games or just bow out of them. He had running room against the Jets and Saints on critical 3rd downs and neglects to run and tries a ill advised over the top pass. He can be better if he uses all of his tools.

THE ROCKPILE REVIEW - Ramblings of a Madman
Billzgobowlin replied to Shaw66's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I really think the thing that ails this defense is LBs. They are not instinctive and look behind on every player. QBs, RBs, WRs, FBs, TEs. Any player on offense they can't react. Now is that a coach issue or player? -
TT was a 3 and out QB the last two weeks and when defensive players keep saying they just make him be a QB and he chooses not to use his legs at all, he hurts this team. Peterman while he doesn't look like the answer was not helped by the right side of the line or his FB. Peterman should have taken a few sacks but I think we see why the Bills don't throw down the field enough.

Andrew Brandt Article about The Process with Eagles
Billzgobowlin replied to BigBuff423's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I believe this is a good philosophy, the down side is do the players lose hope before the process is finished. Also I think Peterman got a raw deal yesterday. A lot of those INTs were bad luck. He threw them because he was trying to be a competitor but he had zero room to step up and that left side of that line folded bad. This team is 5-5 no matter who was at QB. Is this game indicative of who Peterman is? I don't think so. Is Peterman a starting QB? I don't see how. This should convince the Bills to jump up in the draft to get the QB they need for once. Don't be like Cleveland settling for bottom tier or pass on Deshaun Watson. Make it happen this year -

Chargers preparing for both Tyrod and Peterman
Billzgobowlin replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Tyrod is not even the most athletic QB on the roster, Joe Webb is. -
You are right but coaching is hard sometimes when you have someone like Tyrod that thrives under improv. He is not a system QB that you can count on consistency. Lynn did well with him and maybe he will be in San Diego at some point and Lynn will thrive under him but I doubt he has a future as a passing QB.

Bills will likely be thin at RB in Sunday
Billzgobowlin replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I'm guessing that move was more for STs than for the offense. I am slightly scared that Tolbert is the backup RB, he doesn't like he can run in space at all -
I'd be up for putting Lawson in the middle and Alexander pass rushing on passing downs. Makes you wonder though why Humber hasn't looked good since he has come back
