If the Bills don't get picks for Gilmore and Woods then yes, they did it wrong. Obviously it is too early to tell. 3rd and 4th round picks are valuable and also tradable now, so pretending it doesn't matter is naive. I don't know the numbers but I don't recall the Bills getting very many of them in the last 5 years. I sense that this subject has been kicked around here before.

Signing Tyrod does not prevent the Bills from drafting a qb and for all anyone knows at this point, Mahomes and Kelly might be the best pro qbs in this class.

I would be in favor of trading back for another 2nd and a 4th if at all possible. If not, a day 1 starter at wr or secondary would be my preference.

Yep, I figure he is the qb for at least two years because of the 8 mil dead cap next year. With the decision to keep him, this is much better than the original extension. Now the Bills need serious wr and secondary help.

The Bills, had the 24th rated secondary with Darby #2 in the league against the run, and Graham the Bills overall best. No mention of superstar Gilmore. Lorax was a great find but not worth investing a lot of future cap in at his age. If they could bring him back at the right price great, otherwise move on.
