  1. Yeah since Bledsoe, I have had zero faith in anything the Bills drafted (JP or EJ) or brought in since that time actually until we drafted JA last year Say what you will about Bledsoe but remember that he was already a statue behind one of the worst O-lines for 3 years that I have ever seen here. He was still a .500 QB with the Bills 3 seasons and the only QB to throw for over 4K yards in franchise history. He was flat trash as you said for numerous reasons One of the biggest reasons was putrid O-line play rendering 46 sacks a season. Last years O-line reminded me a lot of those 2002-2004 seasons. Josh would have been sacked 40 times (projected) if he could have played the entire year. So back to my original statement, the only expectation I have for the coaching staff and FO is to give JA a proper O-line to protect our multiple 1st rd pick investment, anything else is failure in my mind. 2019 is still another building year so I'm calm overall with what unfolds everywhere else on the field.
  2. Pretty calm or relaxed overall here. My expectations are pretty much in check now that we possibly have a a real QB since Bledsoe with great upside. This was phase #1 for me and all that mattered since 2004. Now (2019) we have to get Allen proper O-line protection or he will be sacked liked Bledsoe 140 times in 3 seasons (Other, than Ruben in 2002 the line sucked bad). Fixing the O-line to let Allen further develop is my only expectation for this team. Once that is established everything else will become clear of what has to happen next in 2020. 2020 is the make or break year for Allen, McD and Beane IMO. I hope this just all works out.
  3. Thanks Transplant, this is so much more refreshing than the old Tyrod stats you would pound in the sand that he was a good QB. from here it's really progression for me. Can Allen improve and become consistent over the next couple of seasons if and when we surround him with proper a O-line, WR core, TE and running game? I damn hope so! He played pretty well his first season IMO with the cards he was dealt. The progression when he came back from injury was and is very encouraging alone the last 3-4 weeks. Again, thank you for putting this together. it just enforces what my eyes without stats were telling me.
  4. Hearing that Tyrod was traded was magic to my ears before knowing what the compensation was. I was ecstatic he was off our team and I would never have to see him take a snap under center in a Bills uniform again. Later, when I heard it was the top pick in the 3rd round I was basically in disbelief how we absolutely robbed the Browns. I basically creamed myself on 3/9/18 Great job Beane!
  5. A early great signing to our O-line revamp/rebuild. This is not a huge contract with high reward if he pans out at C or G when healthy. Keep at it Beane.
  6. C- Paradis(5), OT - D.Williams(5), OT- Trent Brown(3) and TE - Eifert(2) I would be happy as hell if we actually came out of FA like this.
  7. I wanted Watson or Mahomes with that pick. Passing on both Watson and Mahomes not in hindsight was dumb when we desperately needed a QB.
  8. Pop the Pats in a another division and whatever division that is has a FO and HC clown show like the AFCE has witnessed the last 19 years. BB is a straight up coach and FO killer. Since 2000 Dolphins - 10 HC Bills - 9 HC Jets - 5 HC Just sickening.
  9. Who is committed to throw up cash that he is 1st ballot HOF'er? I'll play all day that he is not. Let's go 5K like that one weirdo that bet a game against the Bills n lost with the stupid spread, LMFAO
  10. Would the Saints D hold them to 13? I highly doubt it. Would have been a better game though. The Rams without a 100% healthy Gurley look like dog ass.
  11. I would like to see a replay of that one as I do ? that call. Other than that one holding call which might be legit I think the refs actually did a really good job tonight,
  12. Pretty much this. I'm not sure what people are crying about?
  13. Refs were actually 100% fine for once tonight.
  14. I agree Refs were not a problem at all tonight for once.
  15. NO doubt, your spot on. Wes is probably the only NE player during this entire BB/Patriots era that I actually liked. Dude kept his mouth shut and was a straight up work horse for the Pats. If you look back to his 6 seasons with NE his stats are just flipping insane. Welker 6 seasons with the Pats 672 rec 7459 yards Edelman 9 seasons with the Pats 499 rec 5390 yards It's not even close.
  16. Welker still has a few more seasons on him statistically and was so much more likeable.
  17. Down 10 now and the game is over. I rather have the ball back with 30 secs downs by 7, then getting the ball with 1min 12secs down by 10. Situational football that NFL coaches still don't understand, It's maddening to me.
  18. They should have took the penalty to knock them out of FG range That was stupid, regardless of the time clock stop.
  19. I agree even though I wish it was called.
