Foles essentially is after the Super bowl unless the Eagles commit 20mill in salary cap for the chance of a trade with another team. And even if they do he can give them 2 mill back and opt out to be a FA. The Eagles do not hold the cards here at all. So yeah, Foles is a FA unless the Eagles want to commit to him as a starter., which this news states otherwise. Foles and his agent would be damn fools to walk away from what will most likely be Cousins $$$ in the offseason even if Philly was going to pay 20mill for a BU QB.
