Do the body cameras have sound? While I would agree that he was probably not a threat, sound would allow us to know what he was saying when he approached them. And, why did he approach them? It is never a good idea to disobey a reasonable request (get back, get away) from a police officer.

You could always move back to WNY. Summer is pretty nice. Of course you would also get the ‘terrific’ winters...

He approached them, they told him to get away, he still approached, they pushed, he stumbled backwards and fell. Leaving him there bleeding is where they were wrong, in my opinion. And the one cop pushing the other cop away was terrible. But, maybe neither were trained to help and the national guard guys were trained to help? I will be curious what the law enforcement guys here will think of the incident, and what they think charges, if any, should be.

The second video shows the two national guard guys immediately helped the man. The two cops were suspended. Why the one cop pushed the other cop trying to bend down to help away? Awful.

Longer video from the other side (second video). The national guard guys attended him right away. I have no idea why the man thought it would be a good idea to approach a line of cops.

They suspended the two police officers. The one guy what pushed him started to bend down to help the guy when the next cop pushed that guy (starting to bend down) away to walk on. They may have called someone (sounded like a medic was called) but they walked away from him when there was an obvious pool of blood. Unconscionable.

I asked my mother how in the world they ended up with an R the other day (she was contacting the Feds for something and she needed the State so I had to get her the proper contacts) as I was very surprised to not see a D. She said he was a very good guy. ?‍♂️

I found it more interesting that his constituent breakdown is 45.7% D, 26.1% R, 19.5% (no party). Guess the Jacobs money can overcome...

He happens to represent my parents area in Buffalo, so I knew he was in the city.

Not sure how "conservative" any of these people are, but... Chris Jacobs is a NYS State Senator (R- Buffalo) who represents part of Buffalo. He's a Republican. He's running for Chris Collins old seat though, so there is a chance he will be gone soon. Mike Ranzenhofer is also a Republican, (R- Buffalo), State Senator. The third guy, Timothy Kennedy, is a Democrat.

I miss the Allentown art festival. They did a nice website online so you can still go to the vendor sites and order, but I am someone who like to see the art in person. After that I had all my chips in on Lewiston, but they canceled that last week. ?
