I dont care if it was a "good play call". Sirianni blew that game for them. You run it on 3rd down, then if you want to go for the first down, you do it on 4th and that play call is fine. The only realistic way the Eagles in that situation lose the game is to stop the clock AND not get the first down. Only way that scenario comes into play is by that play call.

I like the idea of it, will have to wait to see the results. Brady is picking all of the plays he likes that week for the opponent, and then has the players go through and pick the ones they feel they can execute best. Seems like an obvious idea, but it should help players take ownership and be more engaged in the process, while still giving Brady the control as he calls the plays and he picked the plays really to begin with.

I feel like people think we are going to back to drought offenses we had because of our wr situation. I dont see people stacking the box and daring us to throw more than they did previously. We have Josh Allen (obviously) at Qb, he is known for being able to extend plays which would make it hard for any db to cover one on one when he does. Also, they load the box, it is prime to set up play action which Josh has been one of the best at iirc Edit: to add, I think the real key is Brady and his ability to scheme. We have pieces to be effective, the question is can he use them appropriately. That is my concern with the offense

I think people are under estimating McDermott in their assessment of this team. He will get the most out of this team. He got a Tyrod team to the playoffs (so what about the Bengals, he still got them to 9-7) went nearly 500 when Josh started the games his rookie year (and is the only season to have not made the playoffs). Josh also particularly seems dialed in as well. I see 4-2 in the division, which should put us in a good position. Every year people say our schedule is tough, and the last 4 years those have ended with us winning the division. We get Arizona at home to start which should give another week of some guys that may need to heal up some time as I dont see any of injuries being a reason why we would lose (if that were to happen, I dont think it will though) 11-6 should get us in, and I actually see our team getting better as the year goes on.
