  1. Agree, very bad signing and waste of money. Thanks drunk jetskier....
  2. Our systems are way too complicated compared to other teams. And because of this it takes way too long for new players to assimilate. And as far as drafting physical football players, McB are clearly not on the same page. We are a finesse team that requires a lead to succeed. This team has not been physical since JA arrived.
  3. Just spread 100% of Gabe's snaps to everyone else. In other words make him a healthy scratch like Elam.
  4. That's just a normal day in LA.
  5. They should've done this a long time ago. Up tempo, read the D and have 2 plays to call out of.
  6. Terrible idea...I'd rather dump Davis and get DeVonte Adams or a very good DT.
  7. NFL.com said LB Luvu might be a trade option to Buffalo. The money lines up.
  8. He's substantially better than.... Found On Road Dead
  9. I don't give a rats a ss anymore about culture, process or character. This is a full blown offensive league. Go out and get a "scheme ready" clever offensive HC and draft heavy O. You can win a damn SB with an 18th ranked D.
  10. Josh deserves criticism but only some. He should spend more time studying tape and learning how to read defenses. We lose sight of this flaw because of his ridiculous athleticism. But Josh is the type of qb that desperately needs a mentor. Brian was that guy, as Andy is to Mahomes. Josh has no one on this team to go to. This is where I think we're seeing this detachment in his play. Dorsey is clearly not the answer nor do I see him on this staff after this season. Josh needs to improve certain areas in his game, but the majority of the blame goes to Ken & Sean. Year 6 of a mediocre OL....stupid & egregious.
  11. I rarely ever remember Josh going to a hot read this season or last. And with Daboll it was always about going downfield.
  12. Not only that but Taron deserved a flag on Waller. When you need flags to barely beat bad teams, your season is already a mess. Try scoring more than 3 pts in the first half.
  13. Not going to be long winded here OP but this exact plan gives the Bills and Josh Allen the best opportunity to win a SB. I want an offensive HC who can scheme 17 into good situations.
  14. Good...."when it's on him every week, it's time to replace him"....rinse & repeat nonsense rhetoric or coach-speak if you will. It's a tired strategy to buy more time. This guy has no clue what to do with Josh. And hiring a 7th round scrub qb OC is starting to turn this season into a real mess. Deep down I think Diggs blew up last year because he's sick & tired of these coaches too.
  15. It is and always has been the coaching that has completely limited the talent on this roster to go beyond beating bad teams in the regular season. Now we struggle against Skylar Thompson, Zach Wilson, Tyrod Taylor, Mac n Cheese. It's both comical and embarrassing. There is no sport on the planet where good coaching is more important than the NFL. I've been a huge critic of McScapegoat since :13. This year's Dolphins win got me starting to change my opinion. Not anymore....Farwell, Frazier and soon Dorsey will land on the sword to save clappy the clown. He couldn't outscheme a team anymore than Marv could. Give Josh to Andy or Shanahan and he would've already won 2 SB's. It will be up to Terry to see the obvious.
  16. Diggs still needs to be the #1 target but basically all of Davis's targets need to be spread out to everyone else. I'd even make Gabe a healthy scratch if we can't trade him. Spread Gabe's touches (drops) to Cook, Kincaid and Shakir.
  17. Go back to 11 personnel. Dawson was basically a glorified RT anyway. Get more targets to Kincaid, Shakir and anyway not name Davis.
  18. Well done ADawg....100% agree with all 8 points. Josh has been physically and emotionally castrated. I don't see Dorsey long for this team but Josh has to take back control / leadership of this team despite Dorsey's struggles. Our D is decimated so we gotta out score teams from here on out.
  19. I agree, win or lose I'd prefer the old Josh running around making plays. Yes they'll be mistakes but this castrated version of Josh is painful to watch. It's not like McD is ever going to take the OL seriously. Dorsey needs to be fired after this season so Sean can use up his very last "scapegoat coupon".
  20. Toward the end of 2021, Josh was firing on all cylinders. Daboll let his athleticism loose. Then something was lost when Dorsey took over. Josh was top 3 in MVP voting for 3 straight years. To some degree because of the Jets debacle, he's been neutered or tamed if you will. His edge just isn't there anymore and it's reflected in his behavior on the bench. He's not animated, he's not firing up his players. A scrub 7th round qb pretending to be an NFL OC isn't helping. McD has no clue about offensive structure. We should've lost to NYG, and yesterday was just as embarrassing.
  21. This is most definitely an "all of the above" answer. I'd lean 5+ years of no OL or WR2. That's egregious. 13 seconds just validates his stupidity.
  22. McD can take his culture and shove it up his arse.
  23. The glaring problem is we have stupid coaches on both sides of the ball. And as long as that exists, Josh's talents will be wasted. Kinda like Mike Trout.
