  1. exactly. i think if the defense is stout and the run game shows better than average production, AJM may be more than enough to move the chains, (i'm not talking an explosive offense) and hold down the fort. as you said, it's allen's job. if he waits a month, half a season or even all year to take the reigns, i'm ok with it. i'd be surprised if he didn't start at some point this season though.
  2. i'm still at the mental point where i prefer this.
  3. so...is there any other way of getting tickets for practice other than going to the listed sites? i was told that you could through the one buffalo app, but didn't see anything for it.
  4. i've seen you post prior, i think it was yesterday, complaining that allen couldn't even beat out the qbs on the roster. you've said this, then tried to back it up with that thing you refer to as an article. don't be upset with other posters that this is just what you do, and that you have an outrageously angry attitude towards the bills. you're deserving of your opinion, but we're all smart enough to see what you're doing today, and that ultimately you're just trying too hard. you take every possible bad and amplify it, and completely ignore any good that happens.
  5. ok. so before you were complaining that allen couldn't beat out two average/below average qbs in mccarron and peterman. now if allen wins the job, it's because the bills gave him no competition. do you see how you're playing this from both sides so that no matter what happens, you can be upset about it?
  6. this just isn't true. not everything could be fixed with one offseason, and i'm sure you'll see a more offensive heavy draft/fa period. Tier...you know you're stuff, but you just have a tendency to take the most negative/angry approach to all things bills. this bills team in no way reminds me of regimes past. it's just my opinion, you'd have to ignore what's happening at obd to not realize what they're trying to create here. let me put this out there: it's not about this year.
  7. then you are trying very, very hard to be pessimistic.
  8. i don't think the bills are a team who are going to have, "problems". they're a team that may take a step back for the sake of developing the qb of the future. that's more than fine for most fans. the article seems like mcdermott will lose the team and the world will come crumbling down around them. this team is being built, and to imply what that article did was just foolish. you can say it was just one stupid comment, but the "article" was only a few sentences, so yeah...it was terrible, and i think you're fully aware of that.
  9. agreed. implode just isn't the right word.
  10. i mean...i really think everything that has been happening in camp concerning the qbs has been by design. to say allen can't beat out the other two isn't true. even to call allen over drafted isn't true. some thought he might go one over all. i'm not even being protective of the bills here...that write up was hot garbage, and you'd think someone would be embarrassed to post it.
  11. come on So...did you actually read what they said about the bills? the first paragraph alone is absurd, and just wrong. to post that in order to prove some angry point is a bit much.
  12. Thanks! Sorry for the late response. I was filling out a father of the year application.
  13. I decided to watch a 3 year old and a 2 month old while my wife goes to wegmans. Terrible choice on my part.
  14. A lot went wrong with my post.
  15. As others have mentioned, I’m not so concerned who the starter is. I’ll Joey st want to see Allen improve and limit mistakes each day. That’s really all I’m hoping for this early. I should have read the thread, because it was already said.
  16. Men’s locker rooms straight up scare me. There’s zero reason to have your junk hanging out like that for an extended period of time.
  17. it's weird...i don't mind large crowds. in fact, i enjoy them. i love people watching, and i feel that i can blend in an not necessarily be noticed. the only time crowds annoy me is when i know too many people in them. i just don't want to deal with the conversations. i'm "on" all day, so when i'm not at work, i try to stay a quiet as possible. mvd
  18. i'd have a t-shirt that said so if my wife let me.
  19. i don't know the first thing about brewing, but time and time again, i've heard that point 1 is super critical...for both wine and beer. if the components aren't cleaned properly, it leads to awfulness.
  20. i'm just going to piggy back off this.
  21. woah! slow your roll! that **** was on another level.
  22. first off...you never leave idaho. second off...i love canada. we spent a ton of time in niagra, toronto, and ottowa in the last few year, and i always have the best interactions. i'm not too familiar with the rest of canada, but i have been to montreal and quebec.
