  1. this would probably be the only way i get into the NBA.
  2. family get togethers should be independent of the bills. start it back up. we usually have dinner on sundays when the game is over. i couldn't either. i just was staring blankly at the tv wondering, "why in the world am i wasting my time with this".
  3. we've had this held over our heads long enough. the bills are here unless the pegulas have a massive change of heart and sell the team. i don't think kim would be down for that. out of all the concerns i have for this team, moving isn't one of them.
  4. this actually makes complete sense.
  5. for years i heard bills fans scream about how the team just wallows in the middle of the pack, never doing bad enough for a high pick for a qb, just spending money and spinning wheels. no a tear down is being completed, a rookie qb is in place, and no one can handle it. i'm not making predictions that this is going to work, but it amazes me that the exact people complaining to tear the whole thing down are now the ones screaming the loudest about it. this is not this staff's final product. we'll start to see what they're going for early next summer. again, i have no idea if it will work, but anyone implying this team bean and mcdermott are aiming for, are just being too short sighted.
  6. i agree. those are the ones who are creating thread after thread about who the bills should have taken, and firing the staff in their second year. this **** is dark.
  7. i have passion and enjoy the game. i still buy tickets in the clubs and spend money on the team. i just don't let it bother me if they're not good. that's the difference. i chose to invest my time and money in the team, and if i get sick of them, i just stop. adult decisions.
  8. i love the bills. i love discussing the team, going to the games with friends, or watching quietly on sundays. the difference is how i react when the bills play poorly, which has been the majority of my life...i move on. i can't change the bills, so i just stop watching. i honestly haven't let the bills upset me in years. it's a sport for chirst sake. i didn't even watch a chunk of the 4th quarter last week because it was more productive for me to shower. see how easy it is? on top of that, the op is 68 and lets it get to him. my dad is 78, still has is own office, goes to work full time, cruises around in a z06 corvette, and just enjoys life. why? because he tells me there's too little of it left not to. do you think he makes himself upset if the bills lose? of course not. the man has a life. thank you.
  9. also for the record, i have a 3 yr old daughter, and a 4 month old son. both will be brought up to be bills fans. both will also be raised as emotionally stable, successful adults, that don't let a pro team, of which they have no control, effect their lives in any way.
  10. jesus. people need to reflect on what really is important in life. i'm 41 now. if i'm 68 and let the bills bother me this much, i'm killing myself.
  11. we can maybe even touch on the maybin over orakpo debacle, (i think that's who the bills took instead).
  12. i think that how the majority of fans saw it by far, at least from what i can remember. it's amazing how many posters suddenly were so sure they wanted him in the first place. i'll give the chiefs and mahomes credit though...it's being done the right way there.
  13. milano is not a full blooded italian. read between the lines.
  14. if the coach didn't hate italians so much, dimarco would probably be in the probowl. write that letter people.
  15. if mcdermott was smart, he'd come on here and start a thread about how daboll should be fired. that's how things get done around here.
  16. did you guys hear about my writing letter campaign to get everyone fired? don't sit on the sidelines here fellas. make a difference.
  17. good work. why should we all sit around on a message board and passively complain to one another. it's time for action bitches. anyone who's not willing to write a letter can take a back seat. action time.
  18. letter to the management. i'm telling ya, if enough of us do it, it just might work.
  19. i bet a strongly worded letter to the management would get the point across.
  20. first, this was your comment : "However, people need to stop acting like Allen showed any promise in college". you didn't mention anything about progression. second, i can't get over the bolded.
  21. no...it's not. in one thread you state josh allen will never be good. in another, you say he needs work. maybe just not use absolutes in the future?
  22. with the ol and wr problems, is this even much of a possibility?
  23. jones and holmes had at minimum one. a lot of the incompletions were thrown away balls to avoid sacks. not that those aren't allen's fault, but it adds to the bad passing stats. good call. i'll be impressed if he can continue to take a beating and still stand at the end of the season.
