It could be worse; Frank Reich could be the Bills coach
teef replied to WotAGuy's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
you do? that's what were dealing with here. -
i got this!
-
some people have a hard time realizing what's actually discussion vs pooping in every thread with the same meathead, angry comment. i didn't like the allen pick, but since he's a bill, i'm pulling for him every step of the way. other will go out of their way to bag on this kid for the exact reason you stated. we all knew there was going to be a group that doesn't have the ability to be patient to see if a qb develops. !@#$ em.

i think we all more or less saw the same thing, but we're just labeling it differently. josh wasn't good, from many faults of his, and many, many faults of the team. that's ok for now, but this staff is definitely going to have to be mega proactive this off season on how they want to help him out.
-
i don't think jp ever really look rattled either. he look more clueless to me...like there was nothing going on behind those eyes. trent was more the rattled type.
-
3-5 could work. just depends if the slightly competent bills show up, or versions of games 1,2 and 4 show up.
-
that's a clear sign of being inexperienced. he needs time to learn to see the field. rattled is if he was looking panicked or clueless. again, he didn't play well, but to me he just didn't seemed rattled.
-
exactly. not in the least. he didn't play well, but it looked like he was dealing with the awfulness.
-
i didn't think he looked rattled at all. he made some dumb mistakes, but the entire team was off, not just allen. i'm expecting to see more stinkers like this this season.

just look who the op is. last week he was no where to be found. on a monday after a loss, i expect 5-6 more threads by him today.
-
allen is a rookie. we going to see a few games like the vikings game, but more likely more games where his performance is green bay-ish. on top of that, this team isn't very good. the knee jerk reactions are fun though. it's a long season, and this year is more about development than anything. i don't think it will ruin josh. if allen doesn't become a successful qb, it's more likely going to be due to the shortcoming we all heard about coming out of college. i'm not worried about him at all at this point. just learn from the stupid rookie mistakes, and he'll be fine.

Met the mother of a current Bill this week

I am. I can also arrange that Chris Brown leaves your voicemail message. I was more trying to call attention to Chuck Mangione. YouTube the song, feels so good, and tell me you don’t want to do cocaine while watching a sunset. -

Have you learned your lesson in all of this? -

it took far too long for some to figure it out. maybe will see progress with this new round of fabrications. -

me too! -
i had the same thing happen to me. i was in a 4 year relationship with someone i planned to marry, and i cheated mostly because of ego and felt i should be able to do what i want. she never found out, but she left me. why did she leave? i didn't marry her soon enough, and she had a feeling i wasn't ready for it. i chalked it up to karma, and just decided if i didn't want to screw up my life, i was going to have to make smarter decisions.
-
this is it. you have to make the decision not to, and it helps by not putting yourself in a situation that it may be hard to say no to.

connect the dots... -
hot hygienists will !@#$ your personal and business world up. i had a colleague who years ago started sleeping with a staff member. i think it was an assistant. he was married with three young girls. well...apparently someone in the office didn't like the special treatment on employee was getting over the others, so an anonymous letter was sent to his wife, letting her know about the affair. he couldn't prove it, but he was certain it was someone they worked with. he started being a nightmare to the staff, firing people for the littlest things...it was bad. to be honest, i don't think his wife left him.

posters who believe that bet is real, are the same ones who thought dunkirk don had legit insider info. -
i am right there with ya. i love my family and kids, and want them around me. all also enjoy all of my money, so parting with half of it would upset me. my wife and i have talked about cheating, and just promised to never do it. i know that's what happens with wedding vows, but i think we realize that there's a lot of reasons a marriage can go south. if it's because a couple just isn't in love anymore, so be it. i can't necessarily control that. but we can control whether we sleep with another person. it would be the quickest way to end my marriage.
