They played a great 3rd period last night. But they were awful to start the game. I don’t know who they think they are that they only need to show up for 1 period. Hopefully it’s a teachable moment. Granato sounded super pissed after the game. I see some hard practices in the Sabres future...lol. I expect a better effort next game.

Well, their customer service can’t get any worse than it already is, that’s for sure. Its completely non-existent now. They don’t even have a way to talk to a live person. I had a billing issue and I tried for weeks to talk to anyone at the athletic. I reached out to them in every way I could think of. There’s no phone number so I sent emails and messages on every social media platform they’re on. I also sent private Twitter messages to a # of different writers and editors, etc. I never got a response from anyone. They have an email address but it’s a bot answering emails. They never actually tell you it’s a bot but I figured it out when it could not understand my issue no matter how many different ways I tried to word it. Some of the ridiculous responses from the bot trying to understand my issue would have almost been comical if the whole episode wasn’t so infuriating. I cancelled my athletic subscription but maybe I’ll consider renewing if they start treating their customers better. Giving customers a way to contact an actual live person at the athletic (even just via email) would be a start.

I really give Molly credit for being such a good sport about this and embracing the idea to make her mother happy.

they really seem to be trying to build a top notch analytics department. All of their hires so far have been very well received by those in the know.

It would be a pretty odd joke... He and his wife just split up. He said he’s leaving the show because he needs to focus on being a father and spending more time with his family, but he’s proud of the impractical jokers brand he helped build. It sounds like he’s leaving to maybe try and save his marriage.

I wonder if McDermott just promotes from within. Seems like the most likely option to me, but maybe not. If so, my guess is Ken Dorsey as OC and either Eric Washington or John Butler as DC. (there were rumors that McDermott wanted Washington as his DC when he was first hired but Carolina promoted, and I remember another rumor about Butler but can’t remember the exact details).

Smart play by a veteran QB to make sure his team still had a chance to come away with points on this drive. Allen is still learning to do the same.

Seeing the look on Allen’s face on the bench has me really hoping this doesn’t turn into one of those games where he gets all flustered and isn’t able to shake it. He just needs to let those INT’s go and get back to playing his game. He was playing well today before those last 2 series.
