Didn't seem to be much of a problem on the Bills 1st preseason game.

I'm not saying this is the case, but something big won't come easy.

Josh "We want you now" Allen

Allen throws at a very high velocity that has already proven to come at you a little hot to handle at times for some of the Bills WR's. Allens release has been clocked at over 70 MPH. Give Josh Allen sure handed recievers along with good protection. Add a RB like Shady to dump the ball off to short and watch Allens completion percentage go up. ( In my humble opinion ) Josh Allen can make throws that only a very small percentage of QB's in the NFL can make.

I was fascinated watching some of Petermans target/trick throws and from an accuracy standpoint the kids amazing IMO. trying to keek an open mind, but I'm still very skeptical, thanks for the reply

Allen was clocked at 66.14 MPH at the senior bowl. Bad comparisons in my opinion. Reaching an acceptable velocity when needed is harder for weaker armed QB to achieve without compromising good mechanics/accuracy in my humble opinion.

50 and 53 are not exactly the same and the number I have on Peterman is 49. When 55 is the preferred velocity for an NFL QB wouldn't you agree that every MPH slower makes a difference when it comes to limitations? Peterman puts allot of air under most of his throws where as A J by way of example makes higher velocity throws on a regular basis. In comparison to Peterman/ 49 Josh Allen can throw 15 to 20 MPH faster. You can have success with lower velocity QB, of that I agree, but with lower velocity comes limitations in my humble opinion.

No, its Kelly the dog giving you his opinion. One I happen to share. Peterman is a one read QB reliant on getting the ball out as quick as possible to make up for a weaker NFL arm. Can you win games with Peterman? absolutely, but the OC will have to work around his limitations.(IMO) Allen and McCArron on the other hand have no limitations. Josh Allen can make throws that not many NFL QB's can make.( IMO)

Peterman/arm has limitations and would require game planning around them to be successful IMO. Both Allen and McCarron can handle anything Dabol throws at them...

Great observations on what seperates McCarron from Peterman and I was in total agreement with the post all the way up to your last 4 words.

Cheer up fellas, When you look at all the talent that was released last season only to see Buffalo reach the playoffs for the 1st time in 17 years its a good indication the Bills 2nd year HC and GM know what their doing IMO.

Maybe a small chance IMO. The way I see it If Peterman( or A J ) stinks the place up during preseason Allen could get moved up on the depth chart (2) and one step closer to the football field IMO.

NFL is a passing league in which the Bills ranked 31st out of 32 teams. TT's legs didn't make up for the lack of a passing game IMO. There's almost nowhere to go, but up.

One of the reasons I believe preseason is not good proving grounds for evaluating rookie QB's. Its not a good representation of regular season action IMO...

Says it right on the bottom of OP's schedule. They still advertise blackout restrictions apply, (NFLN) time will tell I suppose... Its possible I may get it locally (local channel), I'll just have to wait and see

No , its not surprising IMO. With a new coaching/ system on the Offensive side of the ball I think all 3 QBs are doing well under the circumstances in my humble opinion.
