  1. Cook wasn't even the featured back ever Zymir white had more touches than cook his last year... He's steadily got more touches but never was #1 on team
  2. AJ McCarron is a low end number two... He's basically a number three And most teams don't keep three quarterbacks... He certainly is not at the top of backups
  3. When I still go to the tralf, to listen to music... Which is the great venue connected to Sheas I still go right to the ticket counter to purchase tickets and avoid fees I think you could still go up to the ticket counter at the Bills stadium and buy tickets too
  4. Since Buffalo is right on the Canadian border.. and lots of us grew up around Canadian hockey players... Some of us picked up Canadian lingo I grew up saying bud or buddy lol Like if I call my friend I still say what's up bud
  5. KC also has been trying to replace all pro Tyreek Hill... Leaving them to use more draft capital We've had Superstar Stephon diggs here... With a WR who just got 13 million a year... We were able to spend our assets elsewhere.. Kansas City had mvs as a starter... he's now battling for a roster spot in Buffalo
  6. Mason Crosby been on the decline when he got there .. he was an old kicker passed his prime and had rough years in his past You're not answering my point... Cleveland's kicker said he's terrific... Nobody goes from bum to terrific in a year or two His holding struggles were overblown... He wasn't re signed because he called his own fake field goal and shank 22 yarders No punter has ever been cut because of his holding skills... Because even the worst ones get it right the majority he had eight bad holds.. out of hundreds lol it's not rocket science... It's the easiest job for a pro athlete And Mason Crosby fell off
  7. Of course and I'm usually very against them I was not high on Justin fields, I was not high on Bryce Young But I saw Caleb Williams in high school... I saw him live at Oklahoma and at USC .. I've been watching him play since he was in high school And his talent has me sold... The only scary thing is going to the bears who haven't developed a quarterback they've drafted in 50 years But he's one of the more polished quarterbacks I've seen in 15 years
  8. Listen I'm not making excuses for bass... I'm just saying how tough it is to kick in Buffalo as your home stadium I have lost faith in him... But he could have had an injury that affected him I don't even think he has a full season... If he starts with The yips they're going to go to somebody else... But I hope he gets it together
  9. Listen I don't think bass should be cozy.. he definitely needs to pick it up fast But kicking at Ralph Wilson stadium is the hardest kicker job in the world.. statistically it is the hardest stadium to kick in You can't just plug in any old kicker... They need a certain skill set.. a plus plus leg It's not like kicking in Indianapolis or Dallas They need to cut through the heaviest wind in the NFL
  10. Listen kicking in Buffalo is not easy.. it's the hardest professional stadium to kick in statistically That means the Buffalo kicker.. needs a plus plus leg... With plus accuracy... And can kick with wind in his face or cross... It's the windiest stadium in the league... With consistently some of the worst weather It's not easy... I'm not giving Tyler bass a pass... He's paid to make the kicks But it's not like kicking in Indianapolis... Tyler bass already has a natural fade in his kicking motion... His ball moves left to right.. which is why he lines up on the left hash mark for Pat's He's never been great on the right hash mark which is where he took the kick from versus the Chiefs... He needs to improve from the right hash mark And cut down on the fade a bit
  11. Probably has a nice roll too 😀
  12. Because the league consensus is that Sam Martin was a much better holder than Corey b And his holding struggles were overblown... He wasn't re signed because he would call his own fake field goal And then shank off 21 yard punt ... When Sam Martin was signed here our front office talked about his ability to hold lol which is funny... Because I want to hear about my punters ability to boom off 70 yard punts with hang time
  13. I can't believe, this journeyman punter with a noodle leg , for NFL standards Gets this much attention Holding is one of the most overblown aspects that this board cares about lol Yeah it's important but the skill to learn it is vastly overrated and people here think it's challenging... People said Corey b sucked at holding... I went through every single hold over his multiple years here and he didn't have laces in more than eight times... Hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of holds eight times laces were in... I haven't gone through Sam Martin's.. but I can guarantee you he did not have laces in more than a few times... And it doesn't even impact the kick much It messes up the kicker's mind... Which shows they are the feeble one Corey b went to the browns and their kicker says he's the best holder he ever had.. but he was trash according to this board See how easy it is to learn to hold? You can go from trash to the best a kickers ever had fairly quick Any athlete can learn the skill and it's not tough... There's never been a punter who is cut because of his holding skills LOL they cut you for shanking 12-yard punts
  14. The only rising senior who has verbally committed to the orange but then backed out that I could remember was Darius bazley And he took money and went right to the G League
  15. Fitz was definitely a good quarterback , he wasn't a bum He has over 30,000 passing yards... Over 200 touchdowns More yards than Tony Romo... He wasn't top five guy.. But he probably was the best bridge quarterback in his time... People think if you're not an all pro you suck lol But Fitz was tough , quick release and always made the most of his weapon's He's better than a lot of quarterbacks in the NFL
  16. You can use hands without holding... First it's technique..... You're allowed to get inside and under your opponent shoulder pads and use it as leverage... Wrestlers are Masters at leverage... Anything outside the pads will get a flag... If you're inside and under the pads... You're allowed to grab and control all you want , they won't throw a flag So he needs to get coached on using his leverage to get under the shoulder pads instead of around them... To where he can use his explosiveness and grappling and move people around like a steering wheel... Once you get that leverage inside the shoulder pads you're the driver If you get your hands inside... You control the other person and they won't throw a flag
  17. Tannehill gets a bad rap he would have been the best quarterback in 20 years pre Josh Allen We had one 4,000 yards season in 50 years... I think he had three with the dolphins Not a top five guy... But certainly in the top 12-14 when he had his athleticism He's a hard guy to move on from because it's hard to get better... Titans learn that
  18. I like that the bills really are leaving no stone unturned Even if there's a 99% chance this doesn't work out.. I like that they are looking at all avenues And I believe Hogan played one year of college football at Monmouth But your point stands that he was in a division one program
  19. I never said it's a high percentage chance of working out But having five people on active rosters in a program that's only been around for 7 years... I didn't even think that was possible so yes to me 5 in 7 years is a good amount.. not a high probability but they are out there Again you're not training a athlete to go to the NHL at 25 years old and he's never played ... But world class athletes have picked up football There is precedence But yes I never thought they'd get five players on game day rosters this quick... That's actually good amount for a new program imo It will be a lot more successful in 15 years as well I think it's a good start to the program and shows that it's possible
  20. Name an athlete.. who became a pro hockey player after never playing hockey... Name someone who became a MLB player while never play baseball... Even 5 guys is a good amount.. even though there is currently 18 players from IPP on rosters and 5 hage played on game days The program has been around since 2017 ... So even having five guys playing is really good They're obviously aren't dozens of starters .. but there is a chance
  21. He definitely should not go without criticism because he isn't perfect And he can be the best player in the world consistently Carrying the Buffalo Bills franchise and the city on your back is tough I feel like he's only going to continue to get better and I certainly do get frustrated at times Because we all know how good he is and what he even can be
  22. I never saw you compare him to tannehill But you definitely have said you didn't believe in him being a top notch franchise quarterback a few times in his early years After a couple bad games 3-4 years ago you definitely said you didn't think he was the guy and that you saw regression But that doesn't mean anything.. the best pro scouts in the world Miss on players because it's what they put in... Not what you put in
  23. Yea, too small to be a defensive end... But wrestlers have great leverage he might be something in a pass rushing package as a defensive tackle
  24. There are a good amount of instances of people who didn't play football and we're good enough athletes to learn the sport You're never getting a quarterback who is new to the position... But you can get it defensive tackle or defensive end... Belichick drafted a lineman who was a wrestler and never played football Ended up winning three super bowls with the Patriots
  25. I believe the Vikings were impressed with Brock.. wanted to send him to NFL Europe to get more experience Which Brock did not want to do
