Transfer Portal is killing college football
Buffalo716 replied to ArdmoreRyno's topic in College Football
The no red shirt year to transfer really opened the floodgates it used to be a huge decision to transfer … do I want to lose a year of eligibility? now you don’t need patience … if you don’t like sitting … just leave -
2.8 inches per play!! Holy ***** the Mormon kid sent football back to 1895
-
Are you just gonna repeat that on loop I never said he Doesn’t need to clean his consistency up Of course it’s the NFL Einstein… The difficulty level of those catches varied from easier to more difficult And I know one things certain… You weren’t catching any of them… You just talk trash from the couch
-
Stevie Johnson’s drop in the end zone versus the Steelers did not make us miss the playoffs bro Revisionist history to the 1000 degree … … we were 2-8 lol playoffs? A Catch their would’ve just hurt our draft stock… We were in line for a top 2 pick
-
Who cares Whoever made and posted the video was trying to troll… Some of those catches weren’t easy in the video … He was lunging and stretching Some We’re easier than others Regardless drops are not an official stat… Every wide receiver drops balls that hits their hands… We’re nine and three and people just love to complain This fan base is literally the worst in the NFL.. Because it’s filled with a bunch of overreacting babies Yeah I miss the days of Popeyes Kelvin Benjamin and Andre Holmes and zay jones
-
Yea and there is a such thing as a good play by the DB The defensive backs are getting paid also The title of the video is Ludicrous… There is not three minutes of Davis dropping the ball… There’s like 13 throws on a loop And they all weren’t easy If there is three minutes of Davis dropping wide-open balls It be really concerning… he just needs to get his head straight
-
Of course … it’s clear to me it’s a concentration thing with his drops he needs to get more consistent with getting separation physically because he has physical skills other WRs don’t… he’ll never be diggs with routes he needs to win physically at the line line moulds or dez
-
The entire video had 14 throws… And not all of them were easy catches Does he need to get his hands together, yea… But the caption of the video would make you think there’s 40 throws being dropped
-
Matt Myers has entered the transfer portal
-
Yea josh Allen is a bum from Wyoming and Khalil Mack a bum from UB… Antonio brown from central Michigan and I can go on and On If you think Gabe Davis is the best player a group of five can produce lmaoooooi

That’s basically what I remember -

Well it could’ve been that one game gunner I just remember a game where you basically went from hot to pretty cold quick -

I mean I’d Have to go through thousands of your posts lol Maybe you didn’t say he wasn’t the bill starter But you certainly have said Josh Allen Was not going to be a top tier quarterback after some games -
Lamar Jackson leaves denver game with knee injury
Buffalo716 replied to BuffaloBills1998's topic in The Stadium Wall
ACLS blow out with no contact when they’re ready… Every play in the NFL can cause an injury Statistics show there is no more risk when Josh Allen leaves the pocket… It is way more dangerous to be hit stationary in the pocket Then running 15 miles an hour and taking on smaller safeties and linebackers Where he could also brace himself… When he leaves the pocket he is almost never taking on someone bigger than him…he’s 6’5 250 pounds He’s bigger than 95% of the linebackers and 100% of defensive backs… When he’s stationary in the pocket getting hit by 300 pound defensive tackles and 280 pound ends That’s when the scary injuries occur Of course he could break his leg running.. But he could snap it in the pocket easier with all the bodies flying around him -

You’ve also said that josh is not the guy after some games lol going back a few seasons to Be fair -
Diggs and Davis gain separation differently even when they make people fall over they are doing it in different nuanced ways Diggs is like a basketball player at the LoS… shifty , basketball like moves to get separation at the line and blending an ability to run routes at different speeds with sudden cuts Davis … even when he is making corners fall over … is much more physical… he is trying to use physicality to stem and stack a corner on a vertical route … get the corner on his heels with his physicality and then get vertical leverage by stacking … it’s a technique to get open vertically even here where he makes Hughes fall… Davis is attacking him at the top of the route putting him on his heels… putting pressure on the corner The corner has outside leverage so he attacks it physically… And that gives him the ability to get on top of him

In the Era of Josh Allen, how about a little Jim Kelly love
Buffalo716 replied to wjag's topic in The Stadium Wall
Norwood didn’t make a kick on grass from that distance ALL year … it wasn’t a gimme for him in fact odds were against him … that’s the truth He wasn’t money from that distance -
It’s not a safety …the Tackle started in the field of play … and he got knocked into the endzone that’s completely different and never been a safety in football Forward progress has been the same for sacking a quarterback for a long long long time Unless the quarterback is actively fighting off the sack attempt like Josh Allen… Like stiff arming and running backwards The ball gets marked where the sack started … Of course a 300 pound dude is going to knock a quarterback backwards a couple yards… but it’s marked where it starts unless he’s actively trying to break the tackle
-
He wouldn’t take so many hits if he didn’t hold onto the ball so dang long And his legs would be real weapons if he actually broke the pocket sooner but he is content with not using them much
-
This might not be a “normal” game they might have fewer than 15 passes … a game plan specific matchup in a once a year game is not unheard of BB played roulette with his roster forever
-
They are expecting the patriots to run 35 times he isn’t the best tackler ..probably simple as that
-
Milano tied for league lead in non-sack TFL & run stuffs

Would Cole Beasley come back to Buffalo?
Buffalo716 replied to Warriorspikes51's topic in The Stadium Wall
John Butler is not the coordinator of our offensive passing game lol He’s the defensive passing game coordinator That’s a massive misunderstanding a lot of people here think
