  1. I have a different word for it…
  2. Potentially for fans under 30.. as like a moment for most older fans who have been there since day 1 they might say it’s the fog game in the 75 Stanley cup finals Gilbert has a special place in the heart of older buffalonians
  3. I don’t like the sabres more than the bills but the sabres have a much better all time record and historically is much more relevant Buffalo also is one of the hockey capitals of America
  4. I’m just saying objectively, he has played a lot in the slot … and we have 2 boundary WRs somebody said why would he come here to be a slot guy … but he’s been that guy before … I don’t think he’d care
  5. I never saw anything about what happens if it goes over but what you said makes sense
  6. Odell has spent a lot of time in the slot in his career he’s a 5’11 YAC guy…. He’s built more for the slot than the outside and it gives him more space on the field Eli used to feed him over the middle from the slot
  7. Steve little 1978
  8. Memorizing an nfl Playbook as a quarterback is in the hundreds and hundreds of pages… Not to mention all the audibles and protections It’s definitely doable if you spend a lot of time with the dudes.. And Josh is all about camaraderie
  9. In 2022 these are more Verbiage than anything… obviously in the 70s there was a bigger difference between the EP and WCO and Coryell systems now most plays and formations are recycled … football has been around a long time … it’s primarily the way to get the playcall in … there are still west coast philosophies but you can run them in any verbiage system you can have run n shoot option routes in EP offense or WCO … the difference will be the verbiage and complexity A typical WCO playcall could look like … Green Right X Shift Viper Right 382 X Stick Lookie… it’s calling protections , formation and route concept tremendously more intricate than a simple EP verbiage… and when effective simple is always better an EP call F right 72 Ghost /Tosser Gets out the same formation protections and routes… much simpler And easier to add to the playbook
  10. I know the original owner And current owner of wise guys
  11. Absolutely … and a wing made well with love… is tough to beat
  12. As you said I don’t think it’s not necessarily A can’t do thing… Time is money And a place that puts out high volume wings needs to be expedient … If somebody asks for wings extra crispy… You could show them a little bit more love and stop and start fry them for 17 minutes make them nice and crispy But most pizzerias… Like the one my friend owns… Doesn’t have the time Now if you were solely a wing joint who focused on putting out top notch wings… Then You shouldn’t be putting out soggy wings
  13. He’s not as limited as people think People absolutely are looking at him with beer goggles… He’s a rhythm passer who gets out the ball quick the majority of the time He has excellent touch and accuracy on intermediate and Deep passes… he doesn’t have a cannon but it’s stronger than Mac jones … and he plays with confidence
  14. Problem is idk if there are any good QBs
  15. Sad to see a talented young man slipping by the wayside literally had top 5 pick talent and might not even make it to a college game
  16. The analytic departments decide if it’s a good idea to go for it on fourth and one at the 35 The analytics department has nothing to do with drafting… And again real scouts loved Josh Allen There were question marks , But the pure talent was undeniable and had him at the top of boards
  17. Analytics Can never replace the eye test Most scouts really liked Josh Allen hence he was at the top of Boards It was the armchair GM’s an analytic people who didn’t… Old school football scouts loved Josh Allen
  18. Have you ever been in the city during a snowstorm when everybody is snowed into their house?? and those “good neighbors “ shovel out elderly and disabled folks with no questions … they give food to drives and would give their last meal to the needy don’t question the city of Buffalo and it’s love
  19. Yea the price will stay the same … but the value … bang for the buck… will definitely not be as good as 4-6 years ago… with the state of the economy the value of the dollar won’t go as far
  20. Trust me … all of Buffalo would vote JA17 as mayor
  21. The lots are rocking … it’s a prime time game in OP Rodgers last game at the Ralph … Bottle of gentleman jack down 34-20 buffalo Billieve 2022
  22. Well as someone who has played football and coached quarterbacks for a long time I will say there’s not one motion Everybody’s different From your classic over the top like Jim Kelly To a three-quarter SideArm like Philip Rivers Me personally as a lefty, I’ve always had a three-quarter SideArm delivery… Yet great spiral and touch The biggest key is finding the correct grip for your hand size on the ball… What feels the best between the laces Quick snappy motion …. The softer you toss the harder it is to throw a spiral… So if you put some juice behind it and Snap your wrist at the release it will greatly help Not to mention all the foot work stuff that we could get into but that’s not important right now Find the grip and release that feels good to you
  23. God bless that young man
  24. Richie the destroyer !?!
  25. In 25 years JA Jr is QB of the Buffalo Bills
