As the son of printers...that letter looks AWFUL. I get the idea, whatever. AWFUL. -
Man I have no one else to tell this to now so why not: My Giants buddy Mike and I decided we would pick an XFL team together when XFL came back. Our entire lives (he is one day younger than I, we grew up together) we never had a team in common, in fact we often rooted against each other. My 8 year watched all games with us. We bought hats, the whole deal. We were all in, for fun. It was so awesome to have a team in common for once (My wife was like...OMG I love the Bills but I can't take this XFL nonsense!) We're from CT but hank god we picked St. Louis (due to them not having an NFL team any more)...when we saw the NY fanbase full of Jets fans...we knew we chose right. So we watched every Bhawks game...but he couldn't come over for the last one as he was sick, we texted during it. Well he had gotten pneumonia, and he passed away just a few weeks ago. Given what is going on, obviously we were all worried about Corona. But that was not it. He just didn't get to the doctor to take care of himself. So we finally have a team in common...and he dies. I can say that easily, even with a smile, because the irony of it WOULD have made Mike laugh. Gonna miss my buddy, miss the XFL, and miss the Battlehawks. To me they are all kind of wrapped up together. Gonna wear my Bhawks gear (got tons of it XD) with a lot of pride and with some fond memories.

Roscoe was so much fun to watch. Too bad he never really grew into a receiver (in looking up his stats to see how true that was, I saw his arrests from 2019. Yeesh...)

Carruci: Bills not pursuing Cam Newton

There aren't enough haberdashers in Buffalo for his liking anyway. And who would sell him exotic bird feathers to stick in the band? He'd have to go to the bird place on the Canadian side of Niagara. Ain't nobody got time for that. Let's not even talk about the pocket square situation. Priorities, people. Priorities. -
Classic Games on Youtube

I saw the Bills snow game pop and I thought...dear god why would I want to watch that? Amazing snow, I'll never forget that punt just PLUNKING in the snow and not moving, love that we won, obviously...but the game kind of stunk! Also, my son was watching every teams best play for that year (kind of a silly idea but OK) and it was LeSean's game winning TD. Ok, it won the game, but again...meh. -

Didn't know where to put this...if you wanted a hat or something, now may be the time. XFL shop is 30% off until midnight tonight. Got my son a Battlehawks football, why not. -
Bills Among Favorites Says Ravens Beat Guy/Columnist

I have to say, as ***** as this whole virus thing is, I was thinking it kind of freezes everything in place, and who knows for how long...so teams that were good last year and return much of their roster (ahem) I'd think have a big leg up over any team that sucked last year and had major turnover or have to start over at QB. Basically, if there's no training camps or they are shortened...continuity becomes an even bigger advantage than normal I'd think. Of course the season is so long most teams will usually find their footing somewhere. But I sure like bringing a "built" and ready team into next year. And of course, I want this virus crap to be over with ASAP. -

The franchise shows no real commitment or loyalty to their own city...gee I wonder how players feel since they don't show them much love either. I wouldn't want to be the leading sack leader for a UK based team anyway. -
Random Place to Spot a Bills Logo
Golden*Wheels replied to BfloBillsFan's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I considered any number of tasteless jokes, and decided not to, so I'll say it without the joke: the fake logos are bad enough, but the Bills logo facing the wrong way versus the text is driving me nuts. -
Yeah I was googling there but couldn't find anything, I coulda swore I read the NFL got rid of the asst coach title, at least in being used in the aid of raiding coordinators. Basically that it was still a legit title, but it is not considered an actual higher position in terms of if a guys contract said he could only leave for a "higher" position. What good is my memory tho. Where am I again?

Bills fan claims huge memory loss after stadium incident.

That'd be where that "if true" part of my post comes into play jughead. -
Hell yeah, why not right? My Battlehawks hat is already on the way. My buddy (and my son) wants one too but man finding XFL stuff is near impossible. I had to get mine on ebay. (Unfortunately my wife, who puts everything on hold to watch any Bills game at any time, has made it clear she isn't having any of this nonsense. The XFL is apparently a bridge too far. Oh well. We just go "KA-KAW" in the basement to annoy her during games)

man my beloved BattleHawks were ROBBED on that uncalled Offside where Ta'amu chucked it up...but didn't get the flag, so whoops, pick. It was the worst loss in the history of the franchise!!! (My Giants fan buddy decided to pick a team to root for for a laugh....thank god we picked St Louis over NY. I saw Guardians fans wearing Jets gear. Eww. St. Louis got the nod due to not having an NFL team, plus the Qbs nickname is "The Throwin' Samoan".)

guys used to cork bats and the same thing could happen...they still did it. To me the plus of having the bat wired up is some kind of (VERY low) level of plausible deniability. If you have a wire taped to you...that didn't happen on accident and you know why. If it's part of the equipment, you could always say I didn't do it and blame a bat boy etc.
