  1. Incorrect...2 starts, 2 career sacks. Both coming as lb in 3/4
  2. I understand. Doesn't make his skill set any different...IMO
  3. 20 sacks in 3 years at Clemson. Not exactly premier. I expect much the same at this level. Elite edge setter, who hustles to get 6-8 sacks a year and some TFL. Its what he was.Its what he is. Its why he was drafted where he was drafted. You dont draft a 4.5 guy in college expecting him to run 4.1 in the NFL, do ya? No. Then why cant you understand that that's what he does/why he was drafted? You're not that obstinate, are ya?😉
  4. It was his strength coming into the league. Hence why/where he was drafted. For that exact role...set the edge, get a fair number of TFL.All around solid edge play, if not spectacular, with relentlessness and effort. By default he should be a 6-8 sack guy a year early in his career
  5. I predict this is his last year as a Bill. He can be traded next year, even with his contract, at only a 14.5 mil cap hit. I just think the writing is on the wall with this new regime...
  6. ^^^ Exactly . He may be worth signing for many clubs with production VS. availability, but I would dare say not EVERY
  7. Damn..is that more than we owed him on a rookie deal?
  8. Yeah..wasn't that rex's first draft pick? Why draft him if he doesn't have ball skills? Lol. Weird
  9. Given the keys. ...AFTER they've earned the right to compete, right?
  10. In his defense, he was coming off an injury and not used to game speed last year. Its understandable. But can you honestly say he was outperformed by Tolbert or Banyard this preseason? Totally confusing move IMO. Im struggling to make sense of it still. Did he not EARN the right to be on this team? Im guessing there's more to earning it than just performance. And thats a bit troubling given the state of roster depth
  11. Good Lord...For Seymour? Not liking that price. Vlad for Clay would've been worth it, not Seymour.
  12. I really liked him coming out. Tough kid
  13. And maybe another if that first one caught on
  14. I remember that, tho it didn't happen. Mandela Effect?
  15. I would definately pick him up if cut. And only then. He will need a year, but RT is his natural position. Im not saavy enough to provide links, but read an article by Dawg Pound Daily...02/04/17.
  16. Salute to The Little Man. Or small person...or whatever they call themselves these days👍
  17. I agree. My point is there is no time to coach these days. Its what have you done for me lately?. And therefore drafting is a joke nowadays.Player development, etc. NFL players are the most disadvantaged players in sports in the coaching department IMO. The difference in scheme and technique/position is the biggest waste of talent of all the big 4 sports...hockey 2nd
  18. We zig, then we zag. Im all for walking the line in all three phases. Better question is, you say its coaches, not talent. I get that. But why in the world can't coaches teach TO talent? Meaning why if a "talent" cant/dont fit scheme, are they traded away or cut so soon? Instead of being "coached"?Shouldn't that be more of an indictment on the coach rather than the talent?#NotForLong Sad state of affairs.....
  19. They've signed players, they've released players, they've traded players. That don't seem like a pride issue at all. It seems more like they're just trying to build a roster. What exact moves have they made that are so erroneous that their pride has to be tested?
  20. What makes you say that they have too much pride?
  21. McD dont play...hope it works out in the long run
  22. Ok, I misspoke. What I meant was Kelly had complete autonomy at the LOS, which Manning later did. What made them both great, and not overrated, was their elite ability to read a defense and carve them up regularly. That alone, not accolades, makes them similar at least.imo
  23. Overrated? Yikes. What constitutes greatness then? Kelly was Peyton Manning long before Peyton Manning
  24. Sounds like a man on a mission. Worst case scenario IMO is he's a beast of a two down lb, and worth a second round pick. Im definately rooting for him
  25. yeah, i believe he was a teacher. Horrible situation for sure
