  1. Cool as well. Different strokes. Santa Clause is good, too. I’m a big Xmas movie fan. My two absolute favorites, though, are Christmas Story (funny and nostalgic) and It’s A Wonderful Life (message and sentimentality).
  2. Me too! He is ALWAYS open. I don’t think anybody can cover him.
  3. He’s one of two Buffalo Bills related people I’ve met in airports.
  4. I freaking love Cole. One of my favorite Bills. I truly do think he is virtually un-coverable. Guy is always open. Was jokingly saying that to my family during the game; he should get the ball on every play.
  5. I just don’t know if Edmunds problem is instincts. I had had that thought as well at times this year watching him. But instincts don’t seem to be a thing that would get dramatically worse from year to year. They might stay the same or get better as you get more experience, but not dramatically worse. A scheme change seems like it could have a profound effect from year to year. An injury seems like it could have a profound effect from year to year. The supporting cast around you changing seems like it could too. But instincts don’t seem like the type of thing that just get 50% worse from one year to the next. It sure is puzzling, though, with how much the play of this defense has regressed from year to year.
  6. Live an hour West of Knoxville. Sport the Bills logo on the front of my car. Have seen some gear on people in Knoxville and Nashville. And of course in Nashville at the game last year!!!
  7. I am definitely no scheme expert. My guess is that it was the misdirection. But it seemed like every Rams run play, Tremaine immediately sprinted on a 45 degree angle to the right and Henderson ran through the hole he was just standing in. I’m sure that’s an exaggeration but even my family noticed it. It was maddening.
  8. You could see it in Beasley going for the first down. You could picture him thinking “Josh would sell out for this so I am too”.
  9. Let’s just remember, as fans, to have his back as our QB when he has an off game instead of shredding him. He’s the real deal!
  10. Great topic. I actually took a vote last night from the teams. Results: Chiefs = NO Texans = YES
  11. Okay, can’t lie. That one got to me. I have those same onions at my house apparently. What you wrote was an awesome tribute. My dad is 89 and I know the time is coming where I will have to eulogize him. Not sure that I could come up with something so well said. Never thought I’d ever type these words but I’ll give a Jets shout once, myself, for Pete. Of course then I have to go back to hating those dirty sons a *****. 😉
  12. Add the right glasses and it looks more like Vince Lombardi. He should be proud to look like one of the legends.... ...or, you know, pissed that it doesn’t look like him. That’s freaking terrible.
  13. I’m guessing they’re being contrarian. With everybody going to so much nickel defense, it is much harder to find guys that can outrun those defenses. Going the route of pounding those smaller D’s to make those legs weaker/slow them down, or sub in the bigger, slower guys which could open up Diggs, Smoke and Beas.
  14. Money may not make it possible but I really liked him on the team and would be happy if they could make it work.
  15. For me it was the Titan’s game because I live near Nashville and my wife got us front row seats on the Bills side of the field. It was awesome because we took over the stadium, I met some great Bills fans and we won. I got to high five a bunch of the players after the game including Josh. And to top it all off, we made the pictures on the Bills website talking about the fan support for the game. I still use the picture as my background. It was a GREAT birthday present!
  16. Conklin and Judon but doubt we have much shot at either. Ah, the dreams of the offseason. ?
  17. This. And according to the article/quote on PFT he is still interested in playing. Given our penchant for bringing in veteran leaders for a position room plus the Carolina connection plus cap space plus the loss of Zo as a veteran leader, I could definitely see this as an option. I’d be all for it.
  18. Everybody except, maybe, Singletary and Haushka.
  19. Merry Christmas, everybody! Here’s to a New Year filled with Bills’ wins!
