  1. I'm not sure he would get $34 million on the open market, so I'm not sure a team would make the trade for him if the Redskins (unwisely) chose to tag him again.
  2. I think the last time I was this excited for the Super Bowl was before I knew it existed.
  3. I am team trade up. However, the thing I like about throwing money at Cousins is that it allows us to fill out the rest of our roster with our plethora of picks and draft a QB or 2 this year. And next year. And the next year. Until you have a guy that is better than Cousins. Because Cousins is not or at least shoudl not be our goal.
  4. If they continue to promote from within (like the DL), Bobby Babich is the Assistant Defensive Backs coach.
  5. Wow, I knew he was liked, but to have Fitzpatrick, Sanborn, and Urbik show up really solidifies just how good a teammate he was.
  6. Terrence McGee!!! Adds a returner in addition to CB.
  7. If people that never made it to playoffs with Bills, then: F. Jackson, A. Schobel, T. McGee, B. Moorman
  8. I think they count so long as they did not make the playoffs with the Bills. But I don't think he cracks top 4 anyways.
  9. First, I say it should just be "Drought Rushmore" F. Jackson, E. Wood, K. Williams, & B. Moorman (Although technically K. Williams and E. Wood lived to see a post-drought world) Honorable mentions: D. Flutie, B. Buffalo, J. Murphy, T. Spikes
  10. Gonna keep on pounding the table for us to trade up and get him! I don't mind the attitude one bit and he measured over 6 foot height and with above-threshold hand size. I think the Bills May...field a new QB next year.
  11. With Groy, I'm not sure we need one. I suggested Corbett from Nevada in the mid-rounds - he can and has played I think all OL positions and started 4 years.
  12. Hoping Williams comes back, but Hyde definitely seems to have the captain make-up. So does White. On offense, I know he's had a muddled past, but is Incognito so far outside the realm of possibility? Alternatively, if Taylor ends up back with the Bills, even if not a starter, he seems like a good captain to me (cue the captain checkdown comments). Or, how about McCoy? Never thought I would suggest him as a captain, but he is a veteran and has really seemed to take on that kind of role recently.
  13. Would love it, but don't see him falling that far. Would most likely take #21 or #22.
  14. Can we get this thread locked until NewDay is okay with the discussion?
  15. A suggestion. Per Walterfootball: Austin Corbett, OT/C, Nevada Height: 6-4. Weight: 305. Projected 40 Time: 5.12. Projected Round (2018): 3-5. 1/22/18: Corbett was a versatile blocker for Nevada since he became a freshman starter. As a redshirt freshman and sophomore, Corbett was Nevada's starter at left tackle. For his junior year, he moved to right tackle, but was back at left tackle as a senior. Corbett received a Senior Bowl invitation and is listed at center for practicing in Mobile. Will be interested to see how he fares during the Senior Bowl practices/game. We know OBD likes 4-year starters. Versatile.
  16. After re-signing some of our own, Hubbard is one of, if not the, priority FA for me. Provides a lot of value and won't break the bank, despite that I agree he will have suitors. Because people discuss these things on a Buffalo Bills message board.
  17. To those saying this is wrong, how long after this news is permissible to start talking about its Buffalo Bills football implications?
  18. I bet Groy. He's not a bad OL. Also have posted that I want us to go after Hubbard, OT from Steelers. He played a few snaps at C this year and could be our rotational/back-up. Had a couple low snaps, but otherwise fared well and had only played the position a handful of times in practice before that.
  19. Makes Hubbard from PIT even more of a target, imho. Guy can start at RT, but had some, albeit shaky, reps at C for the Steelers this year, too.
