well that and the fact that it's not an accurate representation of that play lol Allen feels protection breaking down and starts sliding into the throwing lane when he lets the ball go Diggs is making himself a target and showing him his numbers at the marker like you're supposed to Davis hasn't even turned his head yet and instead ducked behind the DB, he's just not an option there the beauty of Diggs and Allen chemistry is understanding what's going on wrt pass pro, down/distance, and a whole range of little things that engender that kind of trust as a target...Allen rightly doesn't have that level w any of the other guys

I'm not saying Dorsey or Dablol are top offensive minds or anything, they both lucked into Allen at QB like what more do we expect out of an offense fielding Davis as second option and Dawson Knox as TE1 Bills still 5th in first downs, 3rd in points, 3rd in yards/play...considering our personnel what are the reasonable expectations?

Yes it's not a Dorsey problem, the offense experienced the exact same issues under Daboll...they are just magnified now that we lack real NFL caliber wideouts since Brown/Beasley/Sanders exits People wanted to see check downs not understanding that checkdowns to marginal athletes result in a higher completion% and not much else It really does come back to personnel imo We have a below average TE who is theoretically supposed to be a third option which wouldn't be too bad except that our second option is Davis...and we wonder why Diggs is getting the ball 16x a game😂😂
