  1. I watch the Bills the same way But when I see Mahomes and chiefs offense struggle vs a bad Miami defense last week, looking every bit as inconsistent if not more than us...then have to read some guy saying it's 'dumb' to suggest Mahomes has similar issues...all while Allen is at the top of every QB counting stat and efficiency metric, I can only conclude people who post that kind of nonsense do not watch other teams play football.
  2. I watched an interview w Cam Taylor Britt postgame and he said he baited Allen into the throw by pretending like he was going to drive on Diggs curl when Allen pumps. Which I mean...yes, it worked and you got the INT, but mostly because it was a bad throw.
  3. Nah Bengals didn't ***** around like the Bills did is all Burrow walked into AJ Green and Boyd plus a first rounder spent on Higgins, then another the following year on Chase Allen's intro to the league was courtesy of Deonte Thompson and Victor Bolden Jr
  4. I have been pretty unimpressed w Cover1 as of late tbh
  5. jets game no doubt But Patriots I can't agree. That should easily have been enough to beat them, ditto Jags imo we have a crazy high standard for Allen, where we measure him against his best performances as opposed to the rest of the league's QBs. It's unrealistic He's pretty much playing at top of the league level rn...if that's not good enough we are sunk
  6. honest question how much blame for W/L can you reasonably assign a QB who is performing better than basically every other QB in the league
  7. I don't have those stats but I can confidently say having reads in the same vision plane is something football offenses at all levels do w regularity because it simplifies progressions I think some folks watch and believe the only way you can tell if a QB is getting to multiple reads is if he reloads his stance and turns his head but I would guess getting to those reads is much less common (because among other things you need great pass pro and progression wise they're down the order) than having two or more reads at different depths in the same field of vision I mean not for nothing but the helmet is a little constricting 😂
  8. no because 13seconds game exists and thats kind of the whole point
  9. rough take imo Payton is getting everything he can out of Wilson rn and has the Broncos trending way up from last year
  10. 😂😂i have those too lol I just bring it up because sometimes I think we get in our Bills bubble w out considering how the rest of the league also deals w these issues like Miami and KC are also very good offenses, just played each other and one put up 14 (won) and the other 14 and lost the NFL is weird
  11. Richard Pryor/Monty Brewster probably going to have to punch Warren Cox in the face (fire McDermott/Beane) to win the ultimate prize
  12. that's not exactly how epa is calculated, it's a per play metric vs expected outcomes on average https://www.nfeloapp.com/analysis/expected-points-added-epa-nfl/
  13. I have another question for @HoofHearted on the INT, is Davis supposed to read DB outside leverage and stem/stack w inside release vs that coverage? It almost looks like Allen expects that which is why he pumps it once before yoloing the hole shot
  14. I dispute this. There are a lot of plays I see us run w half field type reads that bring multiple options into vision
  15. For me personally It's not so much that it can only be better. It's that w Allen already in place the step(s) backward we may suffer are significantly less likely to be as painful as the progress forward would be gratifying
  16. Wanted to ask Is there a read presnap on defense where LBs can ignore playaction rules or can they just be so confident in their front winning they can stay home in coverage?
  17. Very possible imo We haven't had a productive run game in 5years
  18. Again if you want to say McDaniel schemes around their guys better I am in total agreement, I love the way their offense works I'm just saying I believe we oversell our talent on that side of the ball
  19. cook last imo...def behind mostert and achane, he might be as good as pacheco altho i personally do not think so diggs only behind hill te wasteland, kincaid has promise but is a rookie, knox is replacement level wr2 disaster, one of the worst in the league oline is bad bad we have one top8ish WR and that's largely it is the way i see it, very similar construction to KC rn
  20. more things change more they stay the same oline is getting bullied on game tape and frankly Cincy defense is playing way above the rim in terms of scheme and physicality they were up for it and we werent
  21. I don't think we are as creative as some of the teams you listed but those are among the best offensive minds in the league, many w crazy talent available Dorsey and our offense much like Daboll before him is doing a very good job w the resources available imo
  22. believe that's SHakir and this imo is half field read he never looks R
  23. I guess we disagree, we have seen him make this throw before this is when ball leaves his hand, it might be a little tight but it's certainly available
