But those saying Andre Roberts should be deactivated (even if healthy) for Duke Williams is asinine. there are players like Senorise Perry and Lee Smith (won’t get deactivated either because of Watt) you can deactivate. So it looks like Perry would be the Target if you want Williams Active.
