Always the same when Bills make a Defensive Coach Hire. Run the Ball and play defense is their mindset. McD needs to evolve that mindset. screens will be few and far between with our QB. Why? He has mobility meaning there is a spy looking right into the backfield at all times. Meaning trying to beat with a screen is next to impossible. that is the nature of having a running QB.

I hate the majority of what McD and Daboll do on offense. You can blame Daboll all you want but you need to put blame on McD as well. because what goes on with this offense also predates Daboll so if you cannot put proper blame on McD as well you are not being genuine. And Allen’s problems are easily fixable. he has the arm talent that maybe 1 or 2 QBs have in this league.
