guess what NONE of that happens if McD and Daboll keep their foot on the gas. Happens every game. get in scoring zone get conservative we have the three. Leave half with a 2 score lead shorten the game and rely on defense. the reality is the Coaching staff needs to improve just like Allen and players. So can they? And none of that matters if we trot out there and coach scared

My succession plan? how about you as a coaching staff that is currently HIRED grow like you ask the players too

I would rather my coaching staff not go into their turtle shell when up two scores. I would rather have my coaching staff to have a killer instinct. I would rather my coaching staff do what they preach and get better everyday.

I couldn’t care any less if they deactivate Foster (they won’t) for Williams. But those saying Andre Roberts should be deactivated (even if healthy) for Duke Williams is asinine. there are players like Senorise Perry and Lee Smith (won’t get deactivated either because of Watt) you can deactivate. So it looks like Perry would be the Target if you want Williams Active.

McD was hired without a GM (Whaley was going to be GONE, hence McD in charge of that draft). And then they brought in Beane. both Beane and McD report to ownership similar to what Browns want. only difference is DePodesta other than that they are doing EXACTLY what Buffalo Did
